Someone pleaded for Imperium Galactic War but I got some other suggestions for franchises Stardock might have a look at for possible acquisition.
Probably a longshot, but if I don't say it, it'll keep gnawing at me.
1) Imperium GalacticaThis would make a great real-time counterpart for Galactic Civilizations.(If you (Stardock) want to have a look, but can't find a copy, I've got an extra one plus a disc with all updates)
2) Fallen HavenTurn-based game where you have to conquer regions of a map (of a distant world) and fortify them. A lot like the game 'Z' but a lot better looking.
Which makes me even more jealous of Brad's life. I want to have millions of dollars that I can use to found new game studios. I want to be like "Hey, I'm working on a strategy game, so lets call in some famous strategy game designers to help out, yea, get Soren Johnson and Jon Shafer in a meeting and throw wads of cash at them until they come help me at my game. And if they do a good job, lets help them create their own game studio. Oh, and I feel like honey so I'm going to raise some mother fucking bees." That sounds pretty sweet, although the Lord Xia version might be a bit different.
"Fuck honey, I like cheeseburgers so I am raising some mother fucking Cattle, I'm raising my own beef for Kobe burgers. God damn these burgers are good, lets make a game about these great burgers! Yes, god damn it, I want a game made about these delicious ass Kobe burgers I make. What's Brian Reynolds doing? Give him a few million and his own studio and make me a god damn game about my Kobe burger!"
It's gotta be more than money, though. Kingdoms of Amalur...anyone?
Brad and Notch need to get into a war and try to one-up each combo in starting up strategy game franchises/studios.
