PS.: You have bundled a lot of vanilla resources with your mod, which you need not do (you only need to add to your mod folder what you changed/added, the rest will be taken from vanilla automatically)
Best of luck. There are several good sites devoted to various aspects of the SoaSE engine and AI behavior. Despite years of intensive effort modders still find new things. If you hit upon something weird, ask it can save you weeks of frustration. That said it is still possible you stumbled upon something entirely new. Again, best of luck.
It looks like you've got a good start. I'll check back when you have skills and research tree set up, balance fixed a bit more (a tiny rebel fleet decimated my minbari titan).

I'm working on new ships to include in the modd, but I need time for it .........................
