OK, guys. Thoughts and prayers needed.
I begin my 2 week pre op diet consisting of clear liquids, on the 14th of Oct. 2 days before my birthday, btw.
Surgery on the 29th.
By the way, Lisa is down 72 pounds. She is doing great!

Top Ten Things You Don't Want To Hear During Surgery
1 Don't worry. I think it is sharp enough.
2 Nurse, did this patient sign the organs donation card?
3 Damn! Page 84 of the manual is missing!
4 Everybody stand back! I lost a contact lens!
5 Hand me that...uh...that uh.....thingie
6 Better save that. We'll need it for the autopsy.

8 Whoa, wait a minute, if this is his spleen, then what's that?

If you can hear the top ten things you don't want to hear during surgery......ask for a refund.

If you do have to hear something during surgery, I hope it's "Well that went very easily!".

I did this almost a month ago, they still hurt.
I haven't been able to walk the track since and have regained 10 pounds.
