This could potentially change my opinion of EA as a company (I still won't be buying COD though ).
Activision is Cod, BF is EA. Hopefully other platforms will look at their return policy.
Article says Steam doesn't offer refund, that's incorrect. They offer a one-per-account refund for most titles (preorders not included). I picked up a game once and instantly regretted it. I contacted them, and they said "we'll give you a refund this once, but never again for anything else".
I really like where EA is going with this. Great step forward for consumers.
Also, if you haven't seen it yet, check out the current Humble Bundle running. It's a bunch of AAA titles from EA, going for basically nothing. A few of them requires Origin, so it seems like a PR move to get people to install it - but so what?
When I am being a blind hateboy (the opposite of a fanboy), I am allowed to mix and match hated corporations and IPs with IMPUNITY!!!
JK. Thanks for correcting me .
