Download Stardock Central. While it's still in Beta (I think(, I think it's a wonderful program. That program should allow you to download/reinstall the game if needed. It only requires your Stardock account info.
You can download Stardock Central here: https://www.stardock.com/stardockcentral/
Otherwise, I would recommend sending an email to support@stardock.com
EDIT: Zubaz ninja'd me.
recieved codes to put sins and gal civ 2 on steam today. STARDOCK Rules
I noticed something similar trying to use the GameStop web portal ....no record of my previous purchases. However, when I used the Impulse/Gamestop application, I could see all the games under my account. You probably still have access if you use the downloader at:http://www.impulsedriven.com/about
This might be helpful to you or someone else if they have other games via Gamestop. I've also moved to Steam since most games require Steam now. I stopped using GameStop when stuff I ordered directed me to Steam for installation, except in a couple cases where something I wanted was having a great sale at Gamestop. And yes, Stardock rocks. Their stardock central app should still have record of your old game purchases from their Impulse days.
In my recent experiences, the GameStop App seems to take a while to load and stuff. By load, I mean that all your games you don't have installed don't show up as available for download at first. Maybe you should load the GameStop App and wait 10 minutes to see if you still can't access all your old games. It seems like it takes me a few minutes waiting for it to load fully and check the internet before I can do anything meaningful. In regards to relying on GameStop, I'm not sure how well it would work. I did not see the sale of Impulse coming. I was quite surprised when Stardock sold off Impulse to GameStop (as many others were). A shame as I bought more than a few games while Stardock still owned it. From what I understood, GameStop had a better chance to compete with Steam than Stardock did, but then they gave up and started selling games for Steam. In regards to Stardock games, I think you can contact Stardock and ask for Steam keys for your games. They can guide you through the rest.
