It sounded interesting, but turns out to drag on and its not all that entertaining. Maybe the multiplayer is better? Any tried it? Do they have servers? Even so I do not see how it could be all that fun. Its very repetitive.
I played the single player, I had a very hard time finding a goal while playing the game. I didn't see any reason not to just keep my civilizations at the very bare minimum of development.
Nod. The most effective way to stay balanced was to just keep passing turns.
I don't think they've really got a clearly articulated focus for the game, yet. They can tell us all they want that it's about balancing factions so neither can win over the other, but they don't make clear how these sides view one another, whether you need to step in at once, what your various options will result in, etc.
