I realy realy hope GalCiv 3 is one of them
Seeing as these are announcements with regards to their Dev Investment Fund, I highly doubt that this will be GalCiv3. No way I see them farming that out.
Not to say that GalCiv3 couldn't be announced this year, just won't have anything to do with this article. IMO anyway. Also, I do hope they announce it also, love to see some space action, updated!
I think the OP was referring to this quote from the article:

So yeah, announcement of two new internally developed games, separate from the main point of the article.
I doubt galcivIII since I figure they'll be using the FINAL game engine from FE:XX (expansion after LH) to front galcivIII
