What ever you play "Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion" on should work just fine. Just download extract and load into the SOASE Rebellion Mod Folder and activate.

As I was waiting for that download I spun up 7DS (3.6) again (because why not) and noticed a couple more issues:
Empire
YZ-4 repair doesn't appear as functionality on any of the shipyards, nor as a separately buildable building (also noted earlier, but was still in latest build)

Hey there just noticed that both of the Skeledons titans research tree might be broken because I've researched it fully and can't build the titans
I'm currently playing Skeldon and I managed to get a titan out without issue you sure you researched _all_ titan research?
edit: I was playing Skeledon Loyalists

to get a Titan, you need a total of 40 researches including the Titan research. This goes for all players not just skeledon.
I did this to make the AI players build bigger fleets and it works to a certain point. I myself played a game just last weekend and was attacked by a vasari fleet consisting of a titan- 10 capitals- and about 40 frigates.

Thanks for the update! If you dont mind me asking what fixes were done and also what will be updated on the dark secret mod?
7DS fixes included : All things listed in Reply #153, removed 30+ bad entries on the entity manifest, fixed the texture for the Venator cap ship, Resized some models, switched some empire race files to start using empire models, and some other random things.
Note: To be totally honest this mod needs to be completely redone, they messed up at the start when they added almost the entire game to the mod and in doing that made it to big, and now it just is what it is. I will try and continue fixing here and there.
The Dark Secret update Includes : Added ships... TCA carrier & corvette frigates - Guavians carrier frigate - Peace Keepers antimodule & carrier frigates Siege Cap - Replicators light frigate - 2 wandering TCA ships that will give short bonuses when they pass thru your gravitywell one for culture and one trade - Super Capital for Tec Vasari Advent & Skeledon after Stolen Blue Prints research ( same ship for all 4 races just different textures ). Replaced some ship models with better ones. New minor faction "Colonials" from BSG with ships and structures and one of the abilities Titan Attack. Added various new sound effects and music (examples are Skeledon hyperspace entry and exit, electric planet thunder and lightning and the Devour Hive drone sounds). Some new planets-gravitywells ....Trinium Planet, War Zone - has constant battle between Luxon TCA and PeaceKeepers. Trinium, Gorum and The Devour hive have artificial moons that can be captured and give your ships bonuses and when your bonuses run out you can go back to that gravity well to re-up, each one is different. Some balancing with Skeledon fleet. Peace keeper minor faction now has Siege Raid instead of 2 regular attack raids. Planets will now have random moons, these are seperate meshes and used in a particle effect.

Sorry for the late answer but took a little vacation time. I don't actually have time to set up and run a discord page, you know full time job, recording an album on weekends, and luthier work inbetween. But I can post a lot more pics and things that I'm doing to the mod. Anybody's ideas or input are always welcome If I use it or not.

Since you have capturable drifting ships anychance we could see like moons or large asteroids be available in the planets orbit to also be capturable or as a secondary colony?
Any difference between bailknights and Volumetric Explosions?
