Update: Alliance Hidden Agenda's 2 Mod.....(from SZ0)
Features 3 new Destroyer Class Capital Ships. Each ship has had input from 2 of the 3 races and after you do the research you will be able to build 2 of these. Testing begins next week and release after error and bug fixing. If you are interested in helping test let me know . Thanks...................!!!
Hmmmm.....time to modify that for Distant Stars.........
I've just finished playing with the Vasari and the new capital ships look amazing! All the icons and textures look really great aswell.
There a couple of things that I'll point out that I don't know if it is intended to be that way or it's a bug.
- The default capital ships start with 3 available skills and the 4th skills unlocks once the capital ship hits level 6. The Razen Destroyer starts with the "Paralizer Mine" skill by default and only has the "Jam Weapons" skill available to spend the first points. The Veridian Destroyer only has 2 skills available at the beginning, "Speed Away" and "Deploy Ion Emitter";
- Once you hit level 8 (or 9, I don't remember ) with the Razen Destroyer you can't spend more points on skills;
- The "Repulse" skill of the Razen Destroyer only seems to be slowing down enemies but not pushing them away;
- The Talak Destructor seems to be a bit overpowered comparing with the other capital ships. I love the "Distructor Beam" skill but it wrecks the enemy way too fast. On level 10 the average damage of the Talak Destructor weapons is too high;
- The Razen Destroyer and the Veridian Destroyer don't have planet bombing damage.
Tomorrow I'll test the Advent capital ships
Actually I don't know myself as "SZ0" was the creator of the mod and left it as he could not find what was making it crash after about 5 minuets of play. I found the error after a week of messing with it so I am really trying to figure out what everything does and how it was meant to be. At this point anybody's guess is as good as mine. Balancing is not really my thing, but we will see. I might have to bring somebody else in for that part of it.

Tested both Advent Loyalist and Rebel, almost everything seems to be alright and no crashes
- Similar to the Razen Destroyer and the Veridian Destroyer, the Soltaaness Destroyer only has one skill available at the beginning. I suppose that's what SZ0 intended with all the capital ships and it's not a bug;
- The Soltaaness Destroyer doesn't have planet bombing damage like the other destroyers. Again, maybe it was SZ0 intention not to give those ships planet bombing weapons
- The skill "Capture Fighters" of the Soltaaness Destroyer doesn't work.
Only the TEC left to test and I'll give you the result as soon as I can
Got your last list fixed and I will start on this one today. I changed up the abilities on the Cap Ships a bit so they all start with 2, then 1 more at level 1, and 1 more at level 3. Any idea's you have make sure to throw them at me.

NEW RELEASE
"AHA2_v1.0R-RG" mod for SoaSE Rebellion v1.80
This mod adds 6 new Capital Ships to the game that are accessed by diplomatic research. Each race gets 1 Capital ship that's unique to that race, and 2 that were jointly conceived by multiple races. The multi-race ships include weapons from both races, and all ships include at least 2 new abilities. Other than a few visuals nothing else has been changed so as to keep the game as stock as possible.

Hello havent heard any news on this front in awhile any projects?
Been busy lately with my 2 Band's, but I am still working on the Universal Mayhem (Sins Plus Add-On) mod. Making the textures for the ships and structures I'm adding takes a little time. There is also an update coming for Distant Stars.
Updates for all Ricks Galaxy Rebellion mods are coming soon. I'm a little busy with RL stuff so please be a little patient Thanks.....

Man, I have to say that I have been enjoying the heck out of the ricksgalaxy.com mods (longtime lurker here, just recently joined up), especially Distant Stars + Hidden Agendas and Hidden Agendas 2. That said, while I'm glad to see a mod that adds to the game while still keeping it as close to stock as possible, here's hoping to see a DS-compatible version of AHA2 soon.

well off the top of my head, and this may not be all but close: Particle effects with some new textures, some new explosion sounds, Weapon rates of fire, Beam widths, Race specific explosions ( different colors ), and some mesh errors were fixed.
