Interesting new game with a free demo available. Similar somewhat to the Battle of Wesnoth (except possibilities to play with terrain modification) and is focused on tactical turn-based battles. Looks very promising.

this game looks great! ive been following it closely. I know peopple here are interested in a game tactics games that would be moddable and and multiplayer. I think this one will deliver if you have doubts try the alpha demo. i guess the kick starter didn't meet its goal but there going to try again in march i think. They plan to contact the people who backed before to give it a head start when it starts again and spread the word for now.
the games been funded its shooting for stretch goals to make it more moddable though now on kickstarter

Nice find. I'm a fan of the old Shining Force console RPG style of games. The modding part of it looks pretty amazing as well.
Some more info on the modding in the video below you can also mod to some extent in the demo now. At the kickstarter link above (2nd one the first takes you to the first kickstarter attempt) you can find the manual with more info on modding and the demo.
