Anyone else playing Primal Carnage? It is a dinosaur vs Human FPS. It is $15 on Steam. Definitely a lot of fun. The best Dino FPS released in recent memory. They have already committed to free DLC for new modes,maps and other upgrades. New skins will be paid DLC.
In any case, definitely worth a look. It's a lot of fun for a quick game. Humans play completely differently from dinos, what other game can you pick up humans and drop them from the sky as a pterodon, or eat people as a T-rex. Charge and knock them across the map as a Carnotaurus. Ambush them as a raptor, spit poison as a dilphosaurus.

Is it at all like Primal Rage? That game was awesome!
It's 2 sided you play the dinosaurs one round then the humans the next. It is not a fighting game like Primal Rage (that game was great!), it is an FPS. It's really fun, and the best thing is that playing the humans you really get the survival feeling of I better stick with my friends or a raptor is going to jump on my back and tear my throat out (btw - that is a real attack the raptor has).
As a dinosaur it just feels right, you can stomp the humans to kill them (as T-Rex), but they are smaller and move into buildings and can get away, so you need the smaller dinosaurs to help out.
Honestly, my favorite is the Carnotaurus as the dinos, and the firestarter (armed with a chainsaw and flame thrower) as the humans. The sides are not balanced in the typical fps way (i.e. there is no real sniper for the dinos, no flyer for the humans for example) but it is immensely fun.
Do the dinosaurs get guns?
Is it anything like Primal Fear? I love Ed Norton and think Richard Gear is dreamy.
Primal Rage is my favorite fighting game of all time, Killer Instinct and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition close behind. It still bums me out the sequel was canned and the ROM is a waaayyy early whatever comes before beta.

Blizzard and Talon were my go to.
Chaos seemed out of place. He has a fart attack, vomit attack, finishing moves include urinating on the foe and sending out a ball of vomit teleporting to the opposite side and sucking it back in. I'm sure he made the game for some people, just not me.
Yes, there was another Dino FPS (I never played it) called Dino Beatdown, it got killed in the reviews. apparently wasn't very good. I've just been enjoying this one (I don't buy many FPS games) and I thought I'd see if anyone else was interested.
Dino D-Day was the one I was thinking of. It bombed. Dinosaurs with guns? Com'on...
This has been a good year for dinosaur enthusiasts...unless they actually played Dino D-Day or Dino Beatdown
