Hi Sins fans,
I released a mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion named "Crazy".
It is a mod to make the game more exciting. It includes
And much more...
Features of the next update:
I know that it has been a long time, but I hope that you take into account that solving private problems was more important. Nevertheless I managed to update the mod, fix many errors and to create new features. I'll give you detailed information, first the visible features, secondly the "background" features. Comment for feedback and suggestions!
... I've done the most of the work:
I hope that you'll enjoy the mod!
Greetings! Simon/TheyCallMeProphet
It's made by the SGU Mod team, it's features will be used in the SGU - The Next Generation too

I've had crash issues with the AL as well, so it probably has to do with an ability or particle effect they have.
At first, I'm very proud that you think that my mod is so great! Crash reports you can send me to the mail adress that is written in the MiniDump file (the window you see when the game crashes). Of course write some stuff please that i can be sure that it's a REAL mail and not a hacking mail. I already got such mails, but good friends know what to do . Otherwise you can tell me what race you played, which researches you've done, which ships you built etc. An update is coming soon, I've some new models (and different versions of the CryTech Battleship, of course with a new model, that looks a bit like this: http://images.wikia.com/crysis/images/4/42/Alien_Hunter.jpg ). Also I fixed many bugs and crashes.
PS.: For more update informations, visit the ModDB page: http://www.moddb.com/mods/crazy
I love the Mod! I can you make the Vasari phase Missiles a little slower, because with so many of them they don't have the devastating feel, other than that its perfect! Also possibly make them have a Sidewinder effect (kind like the Missiles in the air-force) other than that i am loving it1
how do I see what version of crazy I am running without starting up the game?
Go to the normal mod folder. Then open the "EnabledMods.txt". You can see in it the mod you have activated (enabledMods)
Dam I still love this mod best out there!
Cant wait for updates.
PS. Do you have a donation button?
ok so I cant get any of my email services to log in but I can log in here go figure, anyway I have been home from work for 2 hours now trying to load my game but it keeps mini dumping right at the crazy start up screen not sure what to do here.
so I just tried to load the game after deleting the active mods for the game and it loaded no problem not sure what the issue is here ran fine before I went to work.
Sorry that I have not answered, but I'm not so active at the Sins forums. The newest update does not have crash issues
If you want to get more information, have a look at the ModDB Page
Wow, I needed 8 months for the answer, but I can tell you: If you have questions, ask them at ModDB, the Sins forums are confusing for me . And after the latest update you should not get MiniDumps.
I get a lot of stuttering with this mod, is it normal?
