- Raise/lower Mountains rarely gets cast once. When you select this spell your cursor should change to a casting cursor and every time you left click the selected spell is cast, right clicking cancels the spell casting cursor and returns to the tradition one.
- Units buff spells: Add a “Select All” button when you select an army with multiple units in it and/or allow us to select multiple units in the army to cast the spell on. Right now we have to go through the spell casting process for each unit in the army we want to cast the buff spell on.
- Alchemy: When this spell is cast there should be a -100 / +100 counter so we can select how much mana we want converted to gold. Right now we have to go through the spell menu for each cast (this if tiresome if you are convert a large amount of mana.
Armies
- From the city screen that appears on the lower left when you click on a city: Some way to indicate that an unit can be upgraded with-out having the user manually click on each unit to see if they can be upgraded. Also add an “update all” that upgrades all eligible units in that city (shows total cost with a confirmation button)
- A way to turn on/off mercenary, darkling, troll, etc camp spawning.
Resources/Buildings
- Resources that can be upgraded don’t show an “!” to tell the user they can be upgraded again
- When you click on an outpost it show should upgrades are on it. There is a plenty of space to list added/building upgrades on the screen on the lower left of the screen when the outpost is clicked on.
- Outposts, Mines, Shrines, pastures, etc: When clicked the lower left screen should have back/forward arrow keys that allow you to scroll though all controlled resources of the selected type. (IE: If I click on an outpost it can cycle through all my outposts).
Sovereigns
- Get off my yard! When a player tells a trespassing sovereign to get off their territory or face war there should be a certain amount of turns before the sovereign tries to trespass again. I had one game where I had to tell a neighboring sovereign to get out of my territory every turn or two, which was very annoying.
- Right now I don’t really see the difference between my sovereign and champions in tactical combat. Sovereign should have access to powerful abilities that champions don’t have access to.
Misc - Marriage + Children: This feature was fun and unique, please bring it back.
Bugs
- When designing a unit there are some weapons that don’t select the most powerful weapon when the auto upgrade option is selected. For instance the game will select a regular axe rather than the more powerful fire axe.
- I took over a titan area that had a stone wall around it. Many turns later a "Rift of Titans" appeared on the wall. I defeated the demons that spawned from it but since the rift was on a wall tile I couldn't move over it to close it.
- Casting the game winning spell whiie on a warg my sovereign was standing on the warg with his ares spread out.
Another thing that would help these would be if I was able to drag the spell out to a "Quick Cast" bar on the overland map.
Skimmed all of the stuff (Its pretty late here) and it looks like really good suggestions

Agreed mostly with your post.
but,
seems like a thing for modders.
and
would need some serious attention before it was a official feature.
Oh right, its hard reading when youre tired
This one is a thing I have heard for a long time, and I don't understand the need, I still disagree with it though
I thought it was an interesting idea, poorly implemented. Which when you think about it is pretty much the story of WoM.
I loved the dynasties system, even though it was not as good as it could have been.
I had a whole harem of "hot babes" in EWOM
My biggest gripe with it was you could not remarry and you could not marry other sovereigns.
Another issue:
When a city upgrades it would be nice if:
1) In the city upgrade list it included a number by each upgrade that indicated the number of cities you own that have this upgrade.
2) The city upgrade list does not lock your screen so you can look around which helps in choosing a city upgrade (especially the 1st upgrade)
I didn't get much out of the dynasty system but just having it made the experience seem more genuine somehow. Particularly as someone who's played heavier medieval sim games that have the same systems. It almost doubled the size of the political game in elemental. It wasn't implemented well, though, and imo even the basic diplomacy system in fe is a little underwhelming. Not the time to be adding moving parts to it.
You shouldnt disagree with something until you understand it, btw. Little unsolicited advice.
^^
Not just sovereigns.. soldiers, scouts, you name it. Sometimes they only way to stop them is to kill them and raze the city they came from.
How about a hotkey to jump to the next unit on the map or have the spacebar skip the currently active unit and jump to the next active / unskipped unit
like most other turn-based strategy gamess. It is very usefull to know that I have acted on every unit each turn without having to click on every unit individually to maake sure they have taken action before ending my turn. Otherwise so far, so good, I'm living it!
Thanks
I agree that there needs to be some thing that either a button to cast last strategic spell again, or spellbook magically pops open to that spell so it can be cast again.
The resources thing I agree with, but I can live with. I know basically when due to researching.
Diplomacy: The get off my yard thing is true. The AI themselves do it as well. To think they're going to get a different answer the 21st time though. Makes me really consider how much I want to go to war with them just so I can destroy the offending unit.
Need to have more options: "Like Stay Off My Lawn or Will Declare War " and " Buy a freaking NAP already. (Non agression pact). You want to cut thru my lawn, pay for the right. "
Dynasty: TBH I hated it. It felt like useless/unnecessary micromanaging to me. I really don't miss it and I'm glad its gone. I know I am in the minority with that opinion. But oh well.
Tab.
Thank you very much AlLanMandragoran,TAB wasn't listed in the manual hotkey section.
You have increased my enjoyment of the game even more.
Thanks again
Very welcome!
