For those that have followed other topics I've created, those threads will be "abandoned" now (except the UnitStat Background mod).
I realized that it was a hassle to work with several different releases that required updating whenever another mod was updated. So instead of working with 4+ different topics, I will work with one topic alone. The Stormworld pack contains ExpandedFactions, the Rivermod, Reliquary, plus some other things. Those mods will remain modular (see the wiki) and most will be independent of each other. But rather than forcing the player to download and install 3-4 different packs, the player will now download one pack and select the mods he/she wishes to use.
In addition, working with a real content platform like a wiki solves the problem of how to present information to the player outside of the game, something that was impossible when using just a forum.

To be determined. I'm waiting on the next FE beta version for the first release.
Just a small update, I'm holding off on a release for now. Beta 3 has introduced many ways that factions are different, and it's making it very difficult for me to introduce new factions because a lot of time doing so would be "wasted". I'm probably going to wait for Derek Paxton to release his spreadsheets.
The slightly technical explanation: each faction has to be populated by pre-designed unit designs, because that's what the AI is using. Before Beta 3, I could copy it from any of the other factions because they were generic, but in beta 3, there's lots of new details going in that make it impossible to do so. For example, I can't copy the Magnar faction because half the units are "slaves".
I figured out a neat way around it.
I am uploading 0.5 now. It has 5 factions (Centaurs, Living Stone, Greenskin, Golems, Drota) and the Reliquary mod since before. Nothing else.

Uploaded 0.6. It has the same 5 factions as before (Centaurs, Living Stone, Greenskin, Golems, Drota) and the Reliquary mod. New in this version is the Rivermod (magma, poison, blood, corrupted). Keep in mind the rivermod requires special installation, see the Wiki.
The rivermod is fairly limited at this point, but you should see rivers on tiny and small maps, sometimes on medium maps, and only rarely on large maps.
Also fixed bug where Drota would have 5 moves instead of the intended 3.
The download is unavailable for some reason for me. I wonder what's up. Maybe it is rapidshare behind the proxy & firewall I have here at work. Any chance of another mirror? If not I'll try to get it when I get home.

Enjoying the mod thoroughly--and in that context, I've two bugs to report:
First, the Whisperhelm has no graphic attached to its file. It's a blank icon in the inventory, and when activated, turns whomever wears it, bald. Some would claim that's a feature, but I'm not so stylistically inclined.
Second, following combat, the game's popup describes "loot" armor that doesn't show in the party's inventory after your popup appears with a Reliquary item. So in one instance I acquired a Seon Vest, you provided Blooddrinker, but only Blooddrinker was actually there in the inventory. If you are replacing the game's loot (which makes sense), is there any way to kill the description line it supplies of your booty? Just kind of disconcerting.
I really like the few terrain enhancements you've included, and am looking forward to trying out some of the extra races (right now, I'm playing against one). The Reliquary is great--nothing is overpowered. There are powerful items, but with strong drawbacks, or uses for a few turns. Haven't read up on them; I'm just taking them as I find them.

I'm not sure what is causing Reliquary items to appear "wrong", I'm seeing the same thing. The good news is that it is just the new items having the wrong tooltip - nothing is being "replaced". Oh well, the game is still in development so too early to talk to the devs.
Another bug: Battle Plate of the Immortal popups up a description, but doesn't show up in any hero's inventory.
Not to sweat the Reliquary. I'm enjoying the items very much. You've done an excellent job.
Looks like they changed some art definitions in the last patch. A few items use the looks of vanilla items. I'll go through them all and make sure they're there. Thanks again. And I'd rather bugs get reported, obviously, than every player suffer the error.
You're welcome. And confirming your statement, I got another Battleplate of the Immortal which turned out to be like the headgear I mentioned earlier: definitely there, but invisible. So was the earlier one. I'd simply overlooked it.
