Geez Ace...not your day mate! But i'm heartened to know i'm not the only one still playing Generals!! (though i play Zero Hour)I too grabbed that tool from the your link, handy to have..ty!
Thanks Ace. I'm not going for Launchpad, too many gremlins for my taste but the tool bar cleaner is handy. Just in case.
Yeah, actually it is Zero Hour that I play all the time, and that's because you can use cheats, which don't work so well in the original Generals
glad I could share that cleaner with you guys, it's probably one of the handiest tools I have in my arsenal, it seems that just about every piece of software you want to install these days has some kind of toolbar with it they want to unload on ya.
Cheats?!?! I not long ago, finally, got the medal for beating every map against maximum number of Hard opponents, cheat free. I actually consider it one of my greatest achievements in all of gaming.Sad, i know.
LOL !! Yeah it is ......you're giving us cheaters a bad name
hehe, You MP with it all?
Multiplayer.
oh O.k. ....LOL !!! no, I used to, but it wasn't any fun after awhile, everybody wants to spam some units then rush you and boom!! game over ! .....what fun is that ? no, I just play against the AI now. There are some pretty good AI mods that really are challenging, and they at least give you a fighting chance.
Yeah i never play that style. I use base defense and turtle and let them come to me! Which is why i'm no good at Starcraft II!!
I play the same way you do. I like building all my defenses and takin' it slow and let them come to me and try to get through my defenses. To me , that's what makes the game fun. After a while when I've taken out like a zillion of the enemy units, then I'll send out a few units and take out a few bases myself.
Shhhhhhh........loose lips and all that. lol
