Well, certainly dev do not ignore such thread like this, but whether they are willing to implement them is completely another question.
Instead of just saying "the game isn't balanced correctly" and drawing people into an ambiguous fight, why don't you state what you think, specifically, is imbalance in the current game. Include these things that are 'imbalanced but masked by further imbalances' you speak of.
