Quick query, when Impule was becoming GameStop they sent me an email regarding the change over and said they were refunding any pre-purchased games. I shortly received an email and refund for Dungeon Defenders (I had pre-ordered) I never received an email or refund regarding Rebellion, presumably because I wasn't charged for the pre-order. Is there any way to check that I am down on your system as having pre-ordered and that all is ok? Many thanks, Ben.
P.S. Is anyone in the same boat as me or know the answer already?

This reminds me.... i recieved a similar email , but i wasnt really tracking details on my bill.... So same question here, how do i know if i am down on the system? If not i'll enter pre-order page RIGHT NOW @_@
All Rebellion pre-orders remained with Stardock. None of them are with GameStop/Impulse. So please do not re-order unless you get an email from us indicating that charging your credit card failed for some reason.
You will still get Rebellion unless you cancelled with Stardock specifically.

Well, I got an email saying my credit card was declined. Unfortunately it had expired since I placed the order during the first pre-order. I guess I just need to re-order now. Anyone else in this boat?

I'm on the same boat. Placed an pre-order the moment the news came out last year, yet I received an email couple of hours ago saying that the payment failed.
I've made another pre-order as instructed. Wonder if the beta key will reach me today or not (UTC+0 time here)

acare84 - Beta size is around 1.5GB? Ballpark.
Kuunn - I'll make a post when we've finished charging all the pre-orders, so if you haven't gotten anything at that point something may have gone wrong.
How many preorders? Can you tell the number if it is allowed (I hope they are not so many, just joking )? Can't wait for the beta.
