I placed my order for Object Desktop, Tweak 7 and Objectdock Plus v2 last Saturday. I was advised that it would take up to 2 working days to process the order. Well it's now another weekend and still when I log on it says I have no orders and strangely the shopping cart still says I have 3 items in it despite receiving an order confirming the order and giving me an order number 2171806.
Can someone from Stardock please look into this as I am getting concerned.

Okay, the email i usedfor my order was macker1993@gmail.com. The reason it is different from this one, is because everytime i tried to authenticate my other for forums, i got a blank page from the link in the e-mail. So i had to make this one just for forums. For what ever reason, the link doesn't work in G Mail but does in Yahoo.

I've tried several times to register my software Here, but they don't show up in "My Downloads" any idea why
I've tried that and they don't respond. The problem is that on my products page they have my older versions of Icon Packager and Window Blinds. At this point it's not a real big issue but, several months ago, I lost my hard drive. Luckily I had an image but I don't want to rely on that if I don't have to.
Are you getting an auto-reply with a ticket number? What is it?
The first time I did receive the auto-replay and a follow up with the response of they are in the process of moving over from Impulse. That was several months ago. I understood that and waited. I logged on about an month later and entered the registration manually at the register products page twice. I then entered again this past weekend, about two months, and still is is not updated. I sent an email to support two weeks ago with my user ID and serial and still either no response or update

I placed an order with a Paypal account linked to an email different from the one linked to this Stardock account. Maybe that's the issue, but it's been a few days and the order is still pending. I tried sending a support message Tuesday and haven't gotten word back from that, either. Any idea of a time frame? I don't have the order number, but I can PM the Paypal transaction ID if it helps. It was an order for Fences 2.0.
Thanks! I sent the question through one of the web forms, not a proper support request through my account, which was stupid of me. I don't think I even had to be logged in to send it, though I did include the Paypal transaction ID and everything. Doesn't matter now, though. Thanks again.
Can someone check on my order? I submitted an email to the sales department days ago but haven't heard back. I've been waiting for a week for my order to go through. I'm currently in south korea although I live in the united states, so I wonder if that has something to do with it?

I bought Rebellion this morning and got the message about being put into the queue for my download. But I've been charged for the game now, and I was under the assumption that once the payment had gone through, I would be able to get the key or download it. Am I just being too impatient or did something happen?
