Hello, I am having an issue with my Rebellion pre-order. I ordered the game and have a purchase under my bank account but no products listed under registration and no completed orders. How should I proceed?

Thank you very much. Sucessfully download wb7, but cant find any registration info (serial for activation). Serial field in SDC is empty and wb7 want it from me. Sorry for my english...

Im also having trouble. I ordered the WB sometime on May 11th. I still havnt received any email about my download. Nothing in my purchase history shows up.This is acutally my second attempt of purchasing this item from this site.

Please help!

@ synera: Try going here  https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount and log on with the same info you used with SDC. You should see your serial number there.

I preordered Fallen Enchantress, I got an order number and I was informed that I will be sent an email containing the receipt along with the said order number, and that the order itself will be processed later. I understand than processing an order takes some time, but I haven't received any email whatsoever concerning my purchase, and the "Order History" page shows nothing. 

I don't have the order number anymore (I though I would get it by email so I didn't save it) and I would purchase again, but I don't want to be billed twice in case the first purchase was valid. 

Can anyone please check if there are any pending valid orders tied to my account?

I have the same problem - I tried re-ordering the item after seing nothing was in the "order history" - page. Please note I obviously only intend of buying one copy of fallen enchantress so I would not like to get billed twice because of this misunderstanding.
