I placed my order for Object Desktop, Tweak 7 and Objectdock Plus v2 last Saturday. I was advised that it would take up to 2 working days to process the order. Well it's now another weekend and still when I log on it says I have no orders and strangely the shopping cart still says I have 3 items in it despite receiving an order confirming the order and giving me an order number 2171806.
Can someone from Stardock please look into this as I am getting concerned.

Everything looks OK on this end Registrations and download links can be accessed by logging in with a Stardock account at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or installing through Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).
I made two purchases last night,one for windowblinds and one for iconpackager.
The windowblinds order was put on hold for processing and the iconpackager order i was able to download.
They were two separate orders both for the same amounts,with the windowsblinds order being made first.
I find it strange that the first order was put on hold and the second order was allowed through.
Would someone be good enough to check if there is a problem.

On your account I see 1 purchase that went through and 6 failed attempts. There might be temporary authorization charges on your card but those will automatically drop off shortly so that the only money you pay is for the 1 purchase that went through.
I ordered Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion about half an hour ago, and I can't find the CD Key in the downloads section or the order section of my account. I haven't gotten an email either. I didn't validate my email address before I ordered. Can't wait to play Sins of a Solar Empire

So I just ordered Galactic Civilizations 3. I didn't sign in for the order but the email I used for it is the same as the one on my account. It said I would receive an email regarding it but I have yet to receive one. Is there anyway someone could check to see if the order went through?

I ordered Fences on 21st Aug with order number 3561652. Totoday is 25th Aug and I still don't get confirmation mail from stardock or the product key to activate the product. My order history is still empty. I did contact through stardock's support channel but it has been more than a day and nothing happens. I hope to hear from stardock soon.
