Just a question about the mod, HOW WOULD WAITING AND FAST TRAVEL WORK???? You are able to fast travel and wait with this mod? But how the freak does it work ONLINE??????

That said, I'd assume fast travel would work the same way it does in a SP game. You can do it if you aren't in combat. Doesn't really seem like a big problem to me anyway.
Well, they did change it from Oblivion if that is what he was referring to. As I recall, in Oblivion you could just pull up the map and select a location. In Skyrim, you go up to a carriage driver and select a city to go to. From there you can either walk or ride horseback to your final destination. Hope this helps.

No you do both you can use the carriage to fast travel to cities you have NOT been to, but with the map you can fast travel to any location you been to it has both morrowind and oblivion's fast travel system.
But if you are playing multiplayer and you fast travel or wait it passes game time, so players will see a player teleport away and NPC teleporting all over the place and it will be 10 hours in like 1 second.
No, in Skyrim Online, you don't "fast travel" like you do in the offline game. You have to ride a horse, much like the travel systems in other online games. you go to the stable and then tell the stable boy where you want to go, and then your character jumps on a horse that rides fast, but you have no control of, until you arrive at your destination. Much like LOTR:O.

A mod/external application that basically makes an NPC on someone else's machine mimic whatever you do, if it's the same as they did for Oblivion. Not real multiplay.
