How To Install Sins of the Fallen
Important: RESTART Sins of a Solar Empire after activating the mod. This will avoid a common mini-dump after starting a game. If the game mini-dumps attempting to deactivate the mod (i.e. similar issue), then delete the EnabledMods.txt in your rebellion mod folder.

* This mod uses some assets from Sins of the 13th Tribe (credit will be listed in the readme when released).
Quick synopsis
This mod introduces the colonial and cylon factions to the Sins of the Fallen universe. Both races will be playable with any of the planets, addons, and races included in Sins of the Fallen including the stock races. Both the colonial and cylon's factions will be balanced against the stock factions to support this approach.
Colonial Fleet
Relying on heavily armored and armed ships the colonial fleet is always on the defense looking for cylon incursions. Lacking shields of any kind Battlestar Point Defense systems are used to intercept incoming weapons and minimize damage to nearby frigates and cruisers supporting the fleet.

I sent an email reply detailing my issues.
I need to do a bit better job explaining what I need done and will hopefully have something more coherent for those really new to modding Sins to better understand what I need done.
Since I hadn't heard anything concrete back I went ahead and spec'd these out. I'd appreciate comments on the values though after a release is uploaded.

I like the mod but the Cylons need a bit of work. Also the DPS on the ships is on the insane side, it makes me wonder why the original races are in the download still.
The other races are in FoK because the mod itself is also a part of "Sins of the Fallen" which is also a mod made by zombie. Also we know that the cylons still need more work, zombie has said he is redoing the cylon tech trees over again and abilities as well. If you can help in any way with the cylons please let zombie know or if you want to give a hand with the lines for the colonials, let me know. I really need help getting these lines recorded.

Flattop lines are in the SVN build. I stole one of the general ones for the create line
