So what video games are you playing these days?
I’ve got Star Wars, The Old Republic (Collector’s Edition) on pre-order. Looking forward to getting HOMM 6 and Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion.
I’m currently playing Fallen Enchantress.
Even better would be Happy International Video Game Day. Best regards,Steven.
Warhammer 40k: space marine, Bastion, Dungeons of Dredmor, Tropico 4
When can I play Fallen Enchantress too?
On PC, I'm working on Breath of Death 7, and GalCiv2. Once BOD7 is done, I'll play Bastion.
On PSP, I'm working on Lunar SSSC, and Persona 1.
DS, Radiant Historia and Rune Factory 3.
PS3, Disgaea 4 and Resistance 3.
I used to just play things at random whenever I felt like it, but I found that I never finished any games doing that. The 2-3 game per system limit seems to help.
Why don't you just give me a paper cut and pour lemon juice on it... Freak!
Can I play Enchantress?
I have been playing the new space marines and Dead Island game on weekends with my buds. Playing SOTS right now, gearing up for SOTS 2 next month WOOT (yes can't wait for Sins Rebellion too)!
Got TOR preordered. Thank god for only 12 credits (Monday-Wednesday) this semester and not like 18+ credits, so I will have some time to play. I actually can fit some work in this semester on Fridays and Saturdays (cash is always good).
Deus Ex Human Revolution is fun! A little TF2 and Oblivion (mod heavy) once in a while. My new graphics card is beast (gtx 580)... Everything runs so damn smooth now (maxed out Arma II, Shogun 2, etc... holy S***)!
Wow were so special we get our own holiday.
Hunh. I didn't know he was one o' them poisonous, spitting frogs.
I'm just now coming off a break from Civ4's Fall from Heaven Mod. Will resume it later this eve. Prior to getting back to Civ, I spent two months mostly focused on Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic. I downloaded some mods and a nifty fan patch so I'm anxious to get back to it soon.
Prior to all that I was playing a disjointed mix of Master of Magic, Port Royale 2, The Temple of Elemental Evil, The Witcher, Fallout, and Alpha Centauri. Just testing the waters. Cuz once I tried AOW, I went AWOL from the rest of my games library for two months. So I haven't played those others much. But as always, I did find myself playing a little TripleA and Battle for Wesnoth on the side.
I've still yet to play Patrician III, Imperial Glory, Praetorians, Conquest of the New World, Freespace 2, Fallout 2 + Tactics, Heroes of Might and Magic 1-4 + Chronicles, as well as Might and Magic 1-8 and all their expansions. I've bought them (GOG.com), but haven't even downloaded them yet. AND there are some new Civ3 and Civ4 mods I want to check out. While I want to revisit others. Plus GOG is giving away Ultima IV (which is pretty much my first computer game), so I'm keen to download that and finally finish it after a 20+ year hiatus :~0
Oy. After typing out this gaming queue, it seems a little daunting. I've got enough games to keep me busy for years it seems. But if Fallen Enchantress should be a MOM like, hybrid of Civ4 and AOW, then I imagine I'll put all those games away for a prolonged period of time. If E:FE has deep mod support, well I may just go on a ten year binge like I did with Civ3 and Civ4.
Well lets see, I occasionally play Homeworld, StarCraft, Brood War, and Command & Conquer: The First Decade, to remind me what a real video game is like. I also play Star Wars Empire at War, its expansion Forces of Corruption, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, The Battle for Middle-earth, The Battle for Middle-earth II, and The Rise of the Witch-king, primarily with mods, because they generally aren't worth playing otherwise.
I play some Halo 3: ODST, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and Battlefield 2, but not lately. Lately, I have been playing The Stronghold Collection, primarily Stronghold and Crusader. I will be playing Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War and its expansions soon, since I got them during the Impulse sale.
I would be playing Sins of a Solar Empire, Entrenchment, and Diplomacy right now, but they just doesn't want to work with the newer graphics card.
I am watching the development of Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion, Stronghold 3, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 4, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and Battlefield 3 very closely, even though I need a PS3, an Xbox360, and a new computer of my own in order to ever play any of them when they come out. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, Killzone 2, and Killzone 3 look promising, but they are in the "I need something to even play it" category.
I am also keeping an eye on a few mods, Phoenix Rising (I am a better tester for it!) and Ultimate Empire at War for FoC, BfME II Special Extended Edition, Dawn of Victory, and several other Sins mods.
lol and deus ex - thinking about picking up WH: space marine - super tempted with - but I know it will be on sale in like 6 months.
oh - i need to pick up disgaea 4 asap as well. It's a something of a rinse and repeat game, but its super fun for me anyway and they have a great sense of humor.
Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor & Heroes of Might & Magic V.
Gonna try Rise of Nations Gold & Unreal Gold soon.
I've got Star Wars: The Old Republic CE pre-ordered too. Also got the Skyrim CE on Pre-order. And I want to play Fallen Enchantress, jerk!
If you are going to play Star Wars:TOR, you should take a look at the guild I am in, freindly group. Visit our guild's website at:http://www.swtor.com/guilds/129211/republic-centurions/public-forum We are a LGBT Friendly Guild, hardcore, but light RP.
I've been playing a lot of Drakensang: River of Time. I keep thinking of new characters I can make and want to play in that game. Just awesome game. Also, playing a lot of Vampires: the Masquerade Bloodlines, skipped it when it came out, heard it was real buggy, but got it from Steam and have played it through 3 times and yet to have a problem. If you haven't played those games, you should get them, fantastic games.
This morning my hard drive "IS DED!" NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
