I love vasari Phase pact. Shield pact looks promising too. I guess people will be building Iluminators again

Deconstruct looks awesome!
Deconstruct will be obsolete if you can sell structures if you do not own the planet. If you need constructor to sell structures then yeah it looks promising.
Deconstruct looks superior to building turrets when you can't leave your fleet there to mop up.
I agree but I think people will just scuttle structures once they loose control of gravity well.
Perhaps this was whole point of bringing deconstruct in. To force people to sell structures.

If you get to supply pact without upgrading fleet supply do you get 15% more everything (free cash)?
Does it affect starbases too?
Pulse Pact: Added to tech level 7; requires relationship of 18.0. Grants a 10% bonus to weapon cooldown for Wave, FlashBeam, Plasma, LaserPsi, PulseGun and LaserTech weapon types.
Why no misilles? Why this pact dont affect main vasari weepon?
I updated fine, but a few of my friends aren't getting the update (they bought it as Trinity on Impulse).
Instead of making the must powerful/used stuff more powerful they are making the less used/powerful stuff better to make all ships a viable option.
I don't see it yet . Restarted Impulse and computer just to see but it doesn't show up yet... Guess I have to wait a bit.

What? If you don't upgrade fleet supply your base is 100, so with the pact you have 115 fleet supply.
