1 - TheAVMan - and look at what can be done with animations (start button and start menu). Get the CFX too...

2 - http://www.wallpaperoftheday.net/images/wallpaper/cg/076.jpg

If you need a different res, just left click on the image and drop it in the search box at images.google.com
