is it any chance for translating the Elemental: War of Magic for polish language? I wanted to translate the game myself but there is a lot of text... One thing which I translated is the menu.

No, there won't be a polish translation of WoM. I guess its not impossible that if it does well they could translate the expansion (FE), but there's been no suggestion it's going to happen either.
Civ 5 is better right now. Hopefully FE changes that because Civ 5 wasn't exactly that great either.
I play Civilization 5 after each patch to try it out again. It just doesn't do it for me, unfortunately. I blame meddling 2K Games.
I think their vision of the game was not the same as the designer's. Marketing bigwigs and shareholders won out.
Anyway, Elemental is not bad now but Elemental: Fallen Enchantress is really going to shine.
It'll definitely be my turn based strategy game of choice and I think will be every bit as good as Civilization 5 if not better.
Stardock's vision as a company is so much better and I think you'll see that. It's like a home cooked meal. When someone
loves what they are doing, it really shows.
I'll be supporting middle market developers from now on. Stardock, Paradox and Runic Games will scratch my gaming itch.

Yeah. I realize the AI has never been great in the Civ series to begin with. The 1UPT in Civilization 5 has the AI positively dumbstruck though. Not a big fan of the diplomacy either. Everyone gang up on the human style.
Elemental: Fallen Enchantress is going to be better in that aspect as they are cutting down on some things to get the core done really well. That way they can expand out afterwards. Brad aka Frogboy will be doing most of the AI so it'll be good. The graphics, the UI and the polish all look better. I think you won't be disappointed. The open beta should be out in about a month.

City building in Civ 5 is more fun. The economy is more interesting. Combat is more fun, even though the AI in both of them is terrible at it the Civ 5 model has a lot more interesting things to do (tactical combat in WoM is just pointless). Units are more varied in ability and use in Civ 5. There's less mechanics that exist but don't really get used or developed properly in Civ 5. Faction diversity is greater in Civ 5.
Oh, and multiplayer in Civ 5 is so much better then WoM that you're comparing apples to gold bars.
The disappointing thing is that Civ 4 beats both of them. The upside is that FE is improving almost everything over WoM, so if it lives up to potential it'll be a lot more fun.
As for release, there's no date on FE yet. Speculation at one point was "fall", but that's not a committment and it's subject to being changed at any time. FE is a very important release for the franchise, I don't think they're going to rush it to meet a release date. Getting it right is just too important this time.

Maybe new patch 1.2A improves the behavior of AI? I really wants to play for Elemental war of Magic, but I'm wondering is it really worth it? ;/
The tactical combat AI is incredibly weak, yeah. But that has a lot to do with there not being a whole lot of mechanics in tactical combat. If the AI played smart, half the fights would end in stalemates where nobody is willing to run in to attack and it wouldn't be fun for the players.
If you're asking me if you should buy it now, I'd say no. Buy Fallen Enchantress when it comes out. That'll be the version to play.
