Well happy new year everyone. I thought I would get the ball rolling with a new screenshot post seeing how December 2010 has left us.
Here is a new take on Solid State thanks to a new texture I made tonight. I now know how to do them, YEAH! The start menu and taskbar in this shot are not transparent. It is a schematic texture.
This one's an old favorite I first got back in 07. Found it here. http://wallbase.net/wallpaper/1803 It was done by Vlad. I think it might still be in the gallery.

I decided to go a little minimalistic this time, but the message is still clear.
The background is the "Happy New Year" Dream by amitsaran.
Wall by Alexander GG LINK

Rightclick's one of mine - not released....same with most of the rainmeter
Lovely, Syd.
Where'd you find the skin?
first shedding of Concept LCD.....
I like that Scrofulous. What Winstep theme is that?
Thanks. Not Winstep though.
WindowBlind is SD7 by Vad-M as is the launchbar. Gee I miss his work being posted here.
Wallpaper is from the new Stardock theme, Ironworks.
The date and time are Simple Date and Simple Time DesktopX items.
The weather is a standard ObjectDock weather docklet with a transparant background.
I have then positioned the date/time/weather over the glass port thingie on the wallpaper.
Oh yes, and the meters on the Taskbar were mentioned in a Forum a few weeks ago. I forget now where I got them but someone will probably remember. Maybe http://www.thewindowsclub.com/ ?
