Ok, so I decided to create a new Chatroom, because the old one was getting pretty....old!
Everyone may post here, as well as in the good'ol Flameroom...I mean, Chatroom
I would like to keep this Chatroom civilized. Well, as civilized as most forum threads are (doesnt mean that you all have to be polite like Oatesy, lol).
So for this reason, I may update the OP of this thread in the future, posting certain thread rules, as I see fit.
For now though, post away, and everyone is welcome!
Currently these users are banned:

Yes.
I want everybody to come back... I want Morph and Alt and Xer0 and IFear and even ArcticBlunder and "Friends" to come back... Such good times. [e digicons]:')[/e]
Then I will require your Steam username, so that I may add you to my friends list.
Morph? Hells yeah! Alt? Totally. Xer0? Yeah, I suppose. IFear? He's pretty funny; he'd liven up the place I 'spect. BlunderButt? Maybe. If I have a troll-need then he's good to have around.
But for now it's just you and me and Twilight.
My Steam username is... Oatesy03. Never would've guessed huh?
Do you have DoW2 Retribution?
Also, Twilight, on the topic of your writings, feel free to post them here or link to them otherwise. I remember reading something else of yours a while back, and it was quite good, so fire away.
I don't have Retribution.......yet. It's on my somewhat long list of games to get.
Indeed. 'Tis good to play a DoW2 campaign where you're not Blood Ravens. Shame that the levels are pretty much the same for all of them though, but the stories are good. Do you know the ending of Chaos Rising?
No; TBH, I haven't actually finished DoW2's campaign yet. Chalk it up to it's pure awesomeness, and the fact that my (former) gaming rig crapped out before I got to finish it.
However, this will almost certainly be rectified when I purchase a new Toshiba-manufactured laptop. Because I know those things will bloody well last. I've still got a Toshiba laptop that's probably nearly five years old, and it works perfectly well. In fact, it's the computer I use for gaming ATM, though I'm restricted mainly to older titles. Which is actually just fine with me.
Hopefully, however, I'll be able to buy the new laptop, and maybe a couple of new games too. Like a space sim, because I have a dearth of such an awesome game genre in my library.
This is what the Dominion must have been thinking against the Death of Ruin
on a side note I just got Fallout New Vegas and am very pleased with it
Oh and did you guys see the halo 4 trailer. I was
I personally dislike Halo, because I find it to be an interesting but poorly executed story.
How is it poorly executed?
Snd I was thinking of how to take down the Death of Ruin and other Imperium ships, and the only thing I could think of with my limited knowledge was the Forerunners or the Precursors and they are both from Halo
Oh and sorry for some of the comments on your fanfic, cause most of my warhammer knowledge comes from a game or my Tyranid codex
Also has anybody here read Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, I'm asking since it is the most interesting book I've read in along time
I also like this website now http://www.myfacewhen.com/
The general arcing of the plot is pretty predictable. The trifecta of "humans-advanced aliens-consuming alien horde" has been done to death, and is older than my grandmother......literally.
The "SPARTAN-IIs were what kept humanity from being killed off" is pretty much "The Adeptus Astartes are the only thing standing between the Imperium and destruction", except it's actually true, despite the incompetence of Covenant ground forces, and the sheer awesome badassery of the 40K Marines.
Unlikely. WRT the Precursors, no information is known about them; there's no way to tell. WRT the Forerunners, it's somewhat the same, except that we know that a Forerunner Dreadnought (the Keyship of Halo 3) can easily withstand bombardment by multiple MAC cannon.
Which is actually par for the course for Imperial adamantium hulls.
Don't be sorry. Feedback is feedback; it's not like you were flaming me.
Nope. Don't intend to either; it sounds&looks kinda hokey.
Meme time.
First of all Halo 4 is going to be made by a different company so it might be better... or worse.
Also most people like that supersoldier feel, ands lets face it's a fps so story isnt the most regarded thing.
About the Precursors, according to Halo Cryptum, they are 45 ft tall, 30 ft long, have multiple limbs and look vaguely like a sea scorpion. The last one known as the Timeless one is several millions years old and its race may have created the flood. Their buildings were supposed to be indestructible as well.
Does anybody play on Xbox Live, since that is what I've been really only doing lately, especially with the decline of the rts
Yep, Oatesy03, look me up
Hmm, like the Halos. Tough bastards those things were (blows up spaceship a fraction of the ring's size and watches as it collapses). Yes, very durable.
I'm CmdrDaniel on Live
No the only thing that could could destroy Precursor stuff were the halo rings and in cryptum I think 10 halos blow up
Halo Rings destroy Precursor stuff????
But that would make all Precursor stuff biologically sentient technology! *BIOWANK ALERT* *BIOWANK ALERT*
DOES NOT COMPUTE
It said something about destroying neutrons
Good evening Daniel. All hail Lelouch indeed.
Then say what it said, instead of "it said something about [whatever]".
Code Geass is awesome.
K it didn't say anything specific but bornstellar's father mentions negation of neural physics so idk what that means
oh and i'm a huge code geass fan
Probably some needlessly complicated theory extrapolated into a hypothetical future to make it "practical."
You just watch it for the Kallen fanservice don'tcha? DONT'CHA?
I'm kidding, but yeah, cool series. You seen it to the end? I have to say, at first I hated the ending, then I sat back after it had happened and thought, "actually that was a really fitting way to end the series."
I hate to break it to you Whiskey, but you will never deliver a better Chaos-related rant than this guy.
He is a badass of epic proportions. And well voiced. And a psyker. Errm... Well at least he never uses psyker stuff. Maybe Khorne can forgive him for that. And the fact that he's sacrificing a sub-sector to him. Anyway, enjoy the show.
Which I despise, personally. It's like this one profile on FF.Net says; "Be concise, or be choked."
There should be more C.C. fanservice.
It was quite fitting, especially as we're kinda left wondering, "Is Lelouch alive? Or is he dead?" because at the end C.C. calls the cart drive Lelouch.
0o . o0 ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL. I WILL DIRECT THIS PERSONALLY.
I SENSE YOUR WEAKNESS. I KNOW YOU FEEL THIS.
IS EPIC.
That or she was talking to him "in spirit." You know, people do that, talking to someone who isn't there as if they are. They don't have to be dead of course, but you get the picture. It further adds to the ambiguity.
0o_o0
THIS HURTS YOU
Nonetheless, I still prefer "LET THE GALAXY BUUUUURRRRNNNN!!!"
Though none can contest with "WAAAGH!!!"
Have this as well. This is now how I think of Cegorach, as appearing outwardly to be completely off his rocker. The laughs just create a cacophany of awesome.
True, true.
[I like the CoD4 insert too]
THIS IS WHAT YOU FACE.
THAT IS THE WAY TO HEEELLLLL!!!!
DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA
Have another dose of Chaos-fuelled badassery.
