I just pushed an update to the forums. This update is a big one, made up of a lot of small changes and tweaks. The most significant change is that we now show which site posts, PM's, and karma are coming from. This is to help avoid confusion and to spread the word of the other forums and sites. Please take a look at the change log below for more info:

There is a login problme on WC. Logon on the home page go to fourms and have to logon, go back to the home page and have to logon on. Was that way earlier but got fixed, now it's back, sorry.

I pushed another update to resolve some of the bugs pointed out. If you are having issues with uploading avatars or being automatically logged out, please clear your cookies and cache/temp. internet files, then try again.
interesting, thanks (I think) not sure why which forum something came from makes a difference but like I said, interesting and somewhat entertaining.
must be kind of fun creating and making something work, good job.
*edit*: notice that the arrow on the main forum page that indicates that it takes one to the last read reply seems to only take you to the last page and not the reply???
Okay, I logout of WinCustomize, closed the browser (IE 8) and ran CCleaner and now the logon problems are gone.

Having to refresh the page at least once to get the dynamic content to appear (Quote, Reply, Report, Karma buttons). Also having to refresh the MyReplies list at least once to get the 'go to last read item' arrows to appear.
Should have mentioned: XP using FF3.6.10
Two issues I have:
1) The replies and views statements (or what do you call it) for every post make the forums seem a bit cluttered. I'd suggest replacing them with (numberofreplies)/(numberofviews). It already says that at the top of the colum.
2) A small one, but the 'go to last reply buttons' aren't lined out, in IE8 at least.
2 small things, first there's this.
Then there is this. In a thread, put your cursor in the center of the page, horizontally. Then scroll with the mouse wheel. It sticks, hangs, slows when the buttons pop up. Over to the right or left, in the blue section, scrolling is smooth and fast.

Jim... for me that only happens with Articles>This Week In Skinning... both the same topic, both Spencer's Posts. Which of his devices is he posting with?
I don't believe this is a browser issue (our browser) unless it's his? Is he posting these with his iPad?
I swear to god, that I was able to log in earlier today with the wrong password. I typed a work password, and it let me in. I should se if I can log in as Frogboy...

Well I don't know what you guys did...but I'm being logged out on the forums and logged in on the main page. I can't see any of the normal options like "quote" "edit" or any of the other options that usually appear below each comment. Basically all I see are peoples replies and everything else is screwed up. When I come to the forums sometimes can't even reply because I can't login. When I try I keep getting this "login.axd/ad/search" page. And no...it's not my browser...I don't have any of these problems anywhere else and never did...it's only on this site where all these problems happen. Honestly...I've never had to have 2 or more browsers to use a website anywhere else except for here. I really don't understand why this only happens on this site. It's pretty obvious it's the way someone there is coding this thing since like i said it only happens here.
could be that the page focus is in the posting area and it's attempting to scroll the post. once the focus is back on the page the scroll function works appropriately. but, probably not?

Actually? Why shouldn't you be able to use ff plus your add ons? Why should you have to turn cartwheels just to visit here... what's next? Hide the website? Mouse over the Internet and maybe Wincustomize will appear.

Even though I took off Ghostery and Adblocker as well as Noscripts now this screwy site still won't let me logon with ff (onto forums) I log onto the home page just fine.Maybe if I adjust the contrast and hue, and brightness as well as changing the blind and wall, and promise not to say anything bad about DX and if it's a blue moon over Equador and I promise not to tell the truth about Sarah Palin, the site'll let me logon.Actually?Maybe no more subscriptions until SD hires someone to fix this nonsense.
OMG! Seriously!? Someone couldn't figure out what quote/edit/reply/whatever went with what post/comment...so you guys had to hide the buttons?...thinking this was cleaner and less confusing? Seriously? It's no wonder this site is always screwed with these pointless changes being made. If someone can't figure out these things they shouldn't have a pc. It was so much better and made much more sense to be able to actually see the buttons. They are there....you just made them invisible....why? Really?
I have spent the better part of a day just trying to log in to this site using multiple browsers and got nothing buy one headache after the other. One minute I'm logged in on the main page and then I'm logged out on the forums...and when I try to log in I get this logon.axd/ad/search page. The all of a sudden I can log in only to go to another page and find I'm logged out yet again!? And then when I can finally make a comment I click on the smiley guy above and the smilies are off and running off the right side of my browser like a bunch of escaped convicts in single file....I mean seriously!?
Then I try this idea Doc had about disabling some addons I had and for a second it worked....and then Doc found he couldn't log back after he disabled those addons. OK...someone please tell me the secret code for using this site now. I don't know any other site where you have to copy/paste your comments into notepad or something else to save then in case the site just trashes them. Seriously? No where else do I have to do these things. I never know from one day to the next if this site is going to work. And very little of the things explained that we would have with this new site is here...no easy navigation....trying to finding anything is a nightmare and if you finally get to your homepage you only get to the first page...no "next" or "previous" and I know they are there!...but anyone coming here to this site will have to lucky as hell to find them.
And why am I constantly having these autolinks created every time to try to write e reply now? Why isn't that being fixed? I'm just at a loss to understand any of this...it's just embarrassing to see a customization site with so many site problems that never get fixed...but the stuff that doesn't need fixing....that you fix...well not really because it worked fine before someone fixed it!? This site is just completely insane half the time. I would usually just bite my tongue with these issues so as not to hurt someones feelings...but the stuff is just getting completely ridiculous anymore. It just seems like no one really gives a crap anymore about this site or the people that pay to be members here...and I find myself coming here less and less just to keep my sanity and not to waste precious time just trying to log in and get it to work.
Someone...please....once and for all fix this site so it works like every other site out there so we can all stop wasting so much time trying to get it to work. And stop fixing stuff that isn't broken and fix the stuff that is.
Here's the code... navigate to any other site on the net and *poof... everything works just fine.
I'm using FF 3.6.10 with a ton of addons (including adblock+ with everything blocked) and I was able to login just fine. But I have to agree, trivial things seem to get fixed/added at a way faster rate than more important broken/missing things do.
