Looks like Mythos is making a comeback! For anyone who enjoyed this game before Flagship Studios met it's demise, you may want to check this out and sign up for the beta. I read that there may be a US publisher (or whatever they'll be) at some point but for now it's Mythos Europe.

I got in at 3:18 am. Where is the cigar smoking dwarf Tinkerer? Initial impression is that the new version is going to be butt fugly.
I was on the beta of the original version. Thus am prejudiced.
The developers of the original version are mostly at Runic Studios working on Torchlight 2, due out sometime next year.

I was in it as well. Probably spent more time playing Mythos than Hellgate.
I saw Mythos screenshots posted on Gamespot.com with "Mythos-Europe" in the screenshot. Curiosity got the best of me so I had to check it out and sign up. Now that you commented on the looks, I actually checked out the videos on their site. Hmm... looks like they been busy. Move my checkmark over to the skeptical column.

I wanted to play Mythos and then it disappeared. It was suppose to have some new revolutionary *>---poof---<* idk it's gone now. It was made by good people. It had funding. btw - In california they got a cool scam where they don't pay programmers until the job is done. When they complete the project they get a check for 1 day work $120,000 Blam! Then they go file for unemployment until they can get the next gig. Must be NICE! Go democrats! (oops sorry for the politics, don't fry me.)
I played the beta and it was nothing special, in my opinion. The gameplay felt like a bad version of torchlight. The action was very dull.
omg NO I just saw the trailer. They have a baby Magus! NOOOOOOOOO! He went /cute-mode. crap, it's over.
