Empire, in the XML context is the Kraxians, but Empires reference the five Empires of Kraxis, Wraiths, Trogs, Urxen and Quendar, aka the "Bad guys".

Fallen in this context is the Trogs, but the Fallen are also the "Evil Degenerate Humans" of the Empires, where as "Men" are the humans of the Kingdoms.

Then there's Mana or Essence, or is it Wisdom?
