Well, here it is - our list of feedback as compiled from several review sites, this forum, other forums, and our own Q/A team. There are a few more sites I need to pick apart, but in general I feel this covers many of the egregious issues (but feel free to note anything we’ve overlooked...we want to be as thorough as possible).The ‘Major Issues’ are the ones you’ll be seeing fixed ASAP. I don't see anything about the Monster NPC's. No changes at all? I mean they respawned like crazy at times and the fact you can't get rid of forest(make hill then shrink might work but no one can afford to use mana on that) is crazy
I can't believe all Empires have Death Terrain and all Kingdoms have Grassland Terrain. That doesn't even make sense. Why don't we have some kingdoms with Winter and Desert terrains and the same for empires? Why are empires automatically evil and kingdoms automatically good?
I'd like to see some of the existing empires given new terrain sets and personality types, for instance maybe Urxen should have desert terrain and a more trade and honorable warrior code oriented personality type instead of just being Evil Evil Dead Dead Evil Dead Evil Dead.
Great how you combined this list. I shows that you pay attention to our feedback. Here is one thing I am missing:
If you control many shards, your magic spells should get stronger. This is indeed the case if you 'auto-resolve' the battle, but if you play the battle you don't seem to get the shard bonus on your spells. Example: in a late game, my hero does around 100 damage with lightning in 'auto resolve', but when playing the battle, it is normally around 4 - 10.
What about Squads being cut down to 1 unit from a reload when said squad were recovering HP at the time the savegame was created?!
That one is downright game breaking but I don't believe I've seen anything about it in the list!?
I'm actually not playing the game until this one is fixed... Given the amount of times the games will crash in a play session, not saving when units are hurt is not an option...
OOM issues are not exclusive to Win7-64 and ATI. The save I emailed you last night goes OOM on my Vista 64 with GTX 285 after 20-30 minutes of play. Setting executable as large addressing aware lets me play for hours (in fact, not had a single OOM crash after setting that header).

Good to see you are working hard (i hope) to improve and add much needed things to the game
I think a better idea is to have each group (kingdom/empire) have there own take on the terrain around you. I.E a kingdom texture for tundra and one for empire. I just think it'd look better since its kinda wierd having a green grassland in the middle of a winter wonderland. I do agree Empire should have less mordor look.
On the subject of the MP spell book:
It is specifically to address the issue of games where Tac battle is either not allowed by players, or not yet in. I.E. a workaround that lets an offensive magic sovereign work the enemy over before the battle starts.
Should probably tie it to that option Boogie, so that when the button for 'no tac' is selected that book is shuffled in.
I second this. I have a windows 7 32-bit with 8800gts video card in a laptop; I am in a game currently around turn 300, but the memory usage when I load immediately goes to about 1gb of ram. Each turn, whatever I do the number goes up and up. One long play session already it's reached 1.6gb, and that's when it said Out of Memory. I just want this point made that IT'S NOT ONLY 64-BIT SYSTEMS and IT'S NOT ONLY ATI getting out of memory errors. I'm sure you already know this, but I just wanted it there for the record.

- Why are you guys still reinventing the wheel for MP? Creating a MP spellbook (no tactical spells, but I thought Brad said you guys had reversed you position on including them in multiplayer?)? Changing tech trees? Guys, just get the base game to an awesome state, and that's what people are going to want to play in MP.
How about the bug where you click on a city, click the button to build, and after you select a structure to build and then click the button to build it, the structure's icon doesn't go away? Or sometimes the item doesn't build at all! Sometimes I click Build over and over again from that build UI and nothing happens.

Wait, that's not exactly a bug. I distinctly recall asking about a way to build cities on water a few months ago. If cities can be built on water, than making a Pirate faction won't be that hard.

This is really serious issue, since you can get injured grouped unit transformed to single unit, after saving and reloading.
I mean, it can really mess up your army. I expect this to be fixed ASAP. It's too big issue to get tolerated for long time.
One minor thing:
Some units still have combat speed of 1, including several starting sovereigns, campaign heroes and sentinels from warlord trait. By looking at XML data files, it appears all those units affected never had combat stat speed set at all, so game defaults it to 1.0 for them.
