My current game offers me an unmatched experience of the game so far. Factions are nicely spread, everyone is expanding as much as they can, and the AI actually respects your diplomatic capital and military force. They offer trade, treaties and alliances.
Quests are ABUNDANT, and I need to Imbue more Champions to complete all of them. I also noticed that Notable locations are visually much more varied and impressive. Before, I'd often get boring graveyards and tombs. I now get crazy looking Wiz Towers, Legendary Tombs pools of magic and whatnot. I didn't get this the first time I got lvl 4-5 Notables.
Not a single crash in 30 + hours of gameplay.
Tactical combat needs some improvement, and the Sovs need to be much, much more difficult to kill. Ridiculous I can kill and destroy an entire empire with a 10 dmg archer.
Also went from lvl 4 to 7 spells straight away as there is simply nothing worth learning or wasting time researching. The few spells I have I really enjoy though ^^
Keep up the good work. The overall gameplay experience doesn't yet match Gal Civ 2 or the likes, but I have no doubt that Elemental will easily surpass this.

I do too !! I got the problem that lots of ppl got that the game runs at 5-10 fps on 3D map so i play on cloth map but im still having lots of fun ! (i kinda prefer cloth map than 3d for some reasons , reminds me of Lord of The Rings and you gotta love that the names of the cities show on the map ) I spend most of my time designing units (which i think its one of the strong points in the game) and doing quests hoping i find some rare items
Having few to none crashes (oddly i get very few if none crashes with the 1.0 version of the game and get alot of crashes with 1.05 version, dunno about 1.06, going to try it now)

Im having a great time also,beside the oom and slowdowns that many of us share its a great game that can only be better with time.

I'm also really enjoying it. I'm not having any crashes or performance trouble, and the gameplay is addictive. Glad to hear I'm not alone.
I'm enjoying it, but I still crash fairly regularly, whether it's because of memory leaks or another issue.
I also think the tactical combat needs to be improved in terms of the magic and that the damage should match what you see when you auto-run the combat.
We also need more variety in the types of units. More rock/scissor/paper and special abilities. Need flying units. Etc etc. Just a lot that needs to be added.
But yeah, I'm enjoying the game. Just getting tired of having to reboot my computer every couple hours.

The game is fun as hell and Ive only had one crash in about 20 hours of playing the game.

No, you are not. I like the game. It needs some improvements, but for me it's fun to play despite the different bugs.
Agreed this is a very fun game. I don't know why some people are complaining so much - it's the best thing since MOM.

Im pretty much in heaven right now with Elemental and Starcraft2 Two totally differnt games, but im having a grand time with em both.
What size worlds? what factions and how many are you playing against?
I've only started one game so far and it seemed like we were packed in pretty close and it made the world feel small. Anyway I'm asking cause I'm about to restart.
I love this game, but strangely I have been so busy researching and implementing Mods that I haven't had time to actually play much.

Never worked for me, if they offer a trade or an treatie it's just empty. I mean i get to the usual diplomatic screen and then I! i have to make an offer, which makes no sense since he wanted a trade or treatie in the first place, not me
Its a simple fact that most of us who are enjoying a game spend more time playing it then we do whining about it on the forum. Thats one of the compounding reasons you see alot of negative posts compared to the positive. Its just a matter of perception. That being said I love the game, but the AI running head first and killing itself on Minor nations is making me annoyed. 9 other civs in my current game and Kraxis had killed himself attacking someone before turn 50...that bone head.
