First of all I would like to thank you for the improvements you made to research. It looks much better than in the last builds.
There is still one thing I dislike very much. The advanced research in say farming or mining that are called "refined xxx". This names are so science fiction! Please change this to "real" things.
For example for the farming stream: irrigation, plow, fertilizer, three-field rotation, agricultural science...
I support this idea 100%. Also for the other techs along this line- it does kinda reek of GalCiv's Laser I, II, III, IV, and V.
