Has anyone else been having this problem lately? At least half the time I try to post, the forums go Boom and my post is eaten. And it's periodic; for example, I've tried to post something like 5 times in the past 10 minutes but it won't work. But I posted something earlier in the day and it worked just fine, but the day before I couldn't post anything either.
Also, if this post works, I will cry.

We had some major server issues throughout Saturday. Our networking guy, Kris, tried many things to fix them and after a few IIS resets and server restarts, things went back to normal. Apologies for the problems guys. We are discussing how to improve weekend performance so that this doesn't happen again, and we've already implemented a few new things on the database side to further increase performance on the weekends.

4 posts, 2 errors messages. This doesn't seem much improved to me. I still try to remember to copy all my posts before I hit that post button. It's not something I feel the need to do with most other forum type sites.

Apologies for the problems and late response, but we've been quite a bit busy with Elemental and a few other projects. We will be taking a closer look at this issue on Monday. I'll keep you all informed of any changes.
Forum has massive stability issues pretty much spot-on with the time the Elemental Update appeared for beta testers for Impulse.
Roughly two hours later stability issues are still present.
Anyone else sick of 'We are busy with game XY.' as an excuse for anything else going down the hill ?
These are, by far, the worst forums I have had the pleasure of using. But really, what can you do but let them know just how bad it is (as if they don't already know) and shrug and continue to enjoy the community and the info. It's just seems to get worse and worse though which is pretty discouraging.
look on the bright side think of the money you can save by not bothering to renew sub.
I tend to just look now. Where I used to see a post I would reply too, now I usually couldn't bother.
Buying a game from a company that has a forum like this is off my list.
I think you would be making a mistake to equate the quality of Stardock's games with the performance of their forums. I am sure some of the old timers could tell you the specifics, but it was my undestanding they've got a number of complex individual forums combined into a larger forums thing going on here that other sites don't typically do. I mean you post on one of their game forums, and it shows up on the Stardock and Impulse forums. Not trying to excuse the horrific experience that is the gamble of actually posting on any of the Stardock forums, only point out that their games seem pretty darn clean to me, and when they don't work right, you don't usually get the cookie cutter, automatic no help response you get from others.
U know, when you guys do well, I'm the first to try encourage, but it really is getting beyond a joke, I used to LIVE on this site, I want it to thrive, I find myself rarely even here anymore....

How in the world can a software design and customization company not be able to fix a website? I truly don't understand this.
