I made a new thread for the clan because Janook seems to be MIA at the moment. I am not sure if he will be returning, we all hope for his eventual return to Demigod. (Actually, I see him on vent right now but he's not replying to me so I'm not sure if he's actually there...)

I know this is off topic but I was kinda hurt today when Janook said Glee was the worst show ever. Glee is the only thing that makes me happy these days
I'm not into glee, but my wifey enjoys it. That said, I saw quite a few posts a few places recently talking like glee messed up something big time. No idea what that's about though.

I remember watching a replay with Janook playing QoT owning with CoS ports->Ground Spikes->Spike Wave killz. It was slick to watch.

I never was able to get a match arranged (my 'clan' {being just friends I knew that played} was never on to play) but it seemed like a really fun idea.
Would be fun to come up with our own ranking system for Clans (As I doubt the Clans exp is gunna be out) and get a few others going. We all know the current ladder is BS.
^But we only have 1 clan unless Kalel gets his started. But even if he does get his started this clan would be #1 while Kalel's is #2.
I'd take on GM in a heartbeat.

But the one problem with our members is that they get cocky. After you pick TB they'll think to themselves "Well, I'll just be a crappy character cause TB sucks" and then get pwned in the face.
Would be fun to have at least 3 clans going. Two wouldn't be as fun.
I'd also love to come up with a scoring system the community could come up with to handle rankin the games so we could have our own ladder.
hmm... random history to the best of my memory. A while back lagwars had a tournney and we used their vent servers. We all went back to our private vents after that. I started hosting XvX Vent bal games which got more people involved, but i generally went back to my private vent... i do that a few more times, then get all the folks that played with me at the time to move to lagwars. Guy named omicronlyrae creates his own clan and I help him get setup on lagwars. He starts talking about forming a clan and wanting people to play against. I never really cared for the clan idea and simply played games with my buds, but I "kinda" start clan pacov on lagwars a as tongue in cheek joke. We play a few games with omicron, but his clan dies out before too long - at least on lagwars. Anyway, Janook forms GM, which at the time, was really a DG only clan, then we get some fights between clan pacov + GM, but not too many. I, because I really didn't give a rip about clan v clan stuff, start playing modded games like favor mod for fun. I get a little less competitive for a bit. Anyway, I recruit some more folks to play with us, Kalel decides to open up Osmium shift for "non dg games" or because he didn't like that I was inviting more peeps to play with us or something and he and I eventually have a little falling out. Anyway, the end result is Kalel has a channel now that appears to welcome anyone. Anyway, all said and done is that clan pacov is simply a channel on the lagwars. Some people use if from time to time and I use to help get people involved in lagwars and our little community.
Anyway, I'm guessing that Osmium shift will simply have the same form as clan pacov. No clan abbreviations tied to their name. So, there is exactly 1 official clan right now and the other group(s) are simply people that like playing together. Maybe they want to get organized at some point... maybe not.
That was my point, theres only one clan right now.
That being said, I just remember the LagWars 'Tournament' was just getting games with the other clans, reporting them, and getting points for it.
I didn't agree with the point system, but it was still something.
I wouldn't be opposed to gettin a clan together just to get a more competitive atmosphere going on. Maybe write up some point rules.
When clans play a game, both agree for it to be a rankedededed game, and report it on some post and just keep updating. I think it'd be fun and get some people into the competitive spirit.
I know this is off topic but I believe I should make a public apology to McShane87. Although it was well-deserved in my opinion, I would not like to go down that road simply because there are better things to care about in life.
So I will apologize and use the silent treatment instead.
Did Kalel have admin rights in your channel pacov? Maybe he was just angry over that, I'm about ready to leave since I have no control in my clan channel yet and there's random people joining it all the time now too.
Apologizing for what? Your temper tantrum after I went to work on you with DA? And then when I made a simple observation that the AI on my team was playing better then you and your AI in the next game? Lol I didn't take it personally, I guess it was a bit rude of me to point out the obvious, but I was still angry about you and Jona bullying me in the leviathan game so the victories after that tasted extra sweet.

I'm not even going to care anymore because clearly you and I are never going to be on the same boat about anything. If you want to try and humiliate me or what not, go ahead. Thankfully my self-esteem isn't contingent on doing well in Demigod.
