So I jussst found out that there is an official Dragon Age for intel based macs.. When I read it was released on december 21st I felt like I'd lost my mind. How could I be that far behind on the down low(d) yo? But now I have another silly question (bare with me, I'm not too Mac inclined yet...). It says it requires OS X 10.6.2 and I'm currently running on version 10.5.8 on my macbook... Do I have to upgrade to snow leopard (spend $29) in order to run Dragon Age? Or can I play it somehow without an upgrade that I'm just not finding online? Thanks for any help you can provide
You mean that Mac's don't have an auto update or a prolific place to go to get great tech support?
LOL. I just did a Google search and investigated this. Nothing like adding a lot of garbled confusion with an O/S named Leopard and then offering the next generation and naming it Snow Leopard. But, long story short, to get to 10.6.2, you need to be on Snow Leopard.
ALL 10.5 is Leopard. ALL 10.6 is Snow Leopard.

RisingLegend, my friend, you know there's nothing good on a Mac
hehe j/k
For business they're great depending on what you're doing, but I'd never use one as a gaming rig.
haha, no kidding right? But thanks for the clarification, this is what I assumed
I know this.. now. After the fact. After spending $900 I'll be putting it up on Ebay before too long I assume, before Elelmental comes out and putting the money towards one of these:
*dur*
Dragon Age, on my Mac? It's more likely than you think.
