The only lead I have on this is the following:
Hannah is being more flirty than normal. How?
1: She wore my jacket all day monday, making my crush jealous.
2: She'll randomly hug me in front of my crush.
3: She says hi to my a LOT more
Maybe she likes you? or and take this with a grain of salt your crush has been talking to her about liking you and Hannah is now doing it to tick your crush off keep in mind this is pure speculation but it is a possibility.
