Nope, it's Aku, the main bad guy from "Samurai Jack". Man, I wish they'd bring that show back. Pat Morita, aka Mr. Miyagi from the original "Karate Kid" movies was the original voice of Aku. I hear there's a new "Samurai Jack" animated movie in the works. To be released in 2011.
