Ok, we all know what's on the menu for tomorrow, but what about today? Something festive, something normal, or something light?
For me it was:
Yellowfin Sole in parsley and lemonNew potatoesBaby carrotsPetit poisA light vegetable gravy
All very tasty and quite light.
I did have a homemade mince pie though...
Here is the Lemon and Lime cheese cake that mark was talking about, oh and it was yummmy
I'll say... it was your best yet.
thanks bubby, the real thanks goes to kitty, because if she had not put up the recipe for the cheese cake we wouldnt have been having it lol thanks kitty
Big,fat,cheeseberger...and all the fixins
You do know they have a huge carbon footprint.
Are you trying to say it'll give her gas... and lots of it???
Methane, lots of it. From the cow where the beef comes from, from the cow where the cheese comes from, from the co... consumer who eats it
Yup, I thought as much. Sounds like cheeseburgers would be the perfect compliment to curried cabbage, then.
Today: Beefburger, 2x sausage, egg, baked beans followed by spotted dick and custard.
An old fashioned English meal, but mmmmmmm
Today we had prawns, chicken and ham with garden salad... and more of that supercalafragilistic cheescake.
I had spotted dick once... the doc gave me some ointment and told me to rub on it four times a day.
As in increased flatulence/methane gas output? Oh goody! Another side-dish to go with curried cabbage.
