Seems like you've put a lo of thought into this, Xer0. Though you've threatened to leave us once before and you failed to see the answer then too. You must train a successor, somebody new to the frums who hasn't developed posting habits yet. Make them excited to be here, and when the time comes, don't make a big deal out of leaving, just phase it out so you rarely post. Though you should still post.
I tell you this, because I don't think you really want to leave, you just want to rid yourself of the burden of power we've placed upon you.
I have a theory as to the purpose, but I'm not sure I wanna post it here.

Now then, you're right, as always, Twilight. I don't want to leave, however, you're wrong in that I want to rid myself of my "power". The only reason I'm leaving is so that I can... how should I say this... essentially, I'm just plain tired of having a different personality control me for weeks on end, so I'm trying to either find the dominant one (yet so far, it's close between Malicious and Sad...) or mix them into one. OR I could just find out how to switch between them at will, but that's much harder to do.

I have four unique personalities and can switch between them at any time (cynical/sarcastic, quietly humble and innocent, machinator, and something similar to an unlicensed psichiatrist. I am using the latter right now). My head spasms at random and at will, and occasionally disturb myself with pangs of sudden self-awareness, but that's a small price.
If you really neeed to sort thing out, try lying in your bed all night with a mildly uncomfortable pillow (to keep you awake) and put thing into everyone's perspective (not us, but the real people in your life). No TV, and no baiting the master (my pig-latin sucks).
If you can't figure out your life in a few eight-hour session of contemplation, then you aren't going to solve it with a forum hiatus.
Then again, as you said, we are different people.

Ifear, while I do see and respect the angle of which you're taking this, I think that you and I are... different in the matter. You see, my persona's are triggered by both the people around me, the atmosphere of the moment, and to a small degree, myself. That, and I just plain think too much as it is.
I'll do that tonight, tho.
If the people around you dictate your personality, then I think you are as me, what I call a Guardian. One who purposes his or her life around the needs of others rather than themselves.
On a side note, I've reached a point in the book where I do not know how to proceed first...perhaps this was a larger task than I first thought...
