he could have very well been kidding. we did get the connection screen bug before it. but game ran fine for a few minutes afterwards. If fox news has taught me anything, it's not to trust a socialist. Your thoughts?

But i want to say this; the game was pretty even until the never-ending connectivity screen appeared.
Then 1 person dropped and the conn window was gone. Game was playable again. that person (i dont remember name) was in Socialist's team. he would lose because of that. and then he said he will try to cause invalid error. at least 7-8 seconds AFTER he said that, the error appeared.
Coincidence? absolutely NOT.
Ryan just didnt want to lose over a DC of a team mate and DeSynced the game.
Should he be perma-banned for that? absolutely NOT.
This was a good warning so that he wont (i hope) do it in the future,
But i personally wouldnt play with him again. Even the fact that there is a small chance that he will cause invalid error and ruin my game as many others have done before, is good enough for me.
Finally, i want to say that there are many MANY other people in Demigod community who do this more than half of the games they are about to lose, and they should be banned for that.
SocialistRyan may have caused the error 3 or 4 times maybe more i dont know.
But there are others that do it every day.

Frankly, if a game is even and the connectivity bug happens, people should SUPPORT desycning it, unless they are such rank whores they want to win by any means possible, including what is essentially exploiting game bugs. Morpheas, I dub thee a rank whore.

Everybody gets Disconnected once in a while. it is NOT players fault. not the whole comunity has bad internet connection. It is the game's fault.

In this day and age, of no dialup internet and no more 9600 baud modems, you'd think connections would be more stable. Perhaps packets get dropped? But wouldn't that be a critical error?
I don't know anymore, don't really care. borderlands is fun. I'll play this game when the new dg's come out or more than 5 people are online or a premade exists that I haven't pwnd silly yet.
Actually there are 2 ways to cause an Invalid error. The 1 is the way you said playgroundlegend. The other i dont know it.
But i would appreciate it if you didnt tell people how to Desync the game legend.

my gamespy ID is nolarrow. Get at me sometime. I'm a level 25 roland atm, but havent played the game much. The team-e-clan guys the guys i get my vent from, are all about FPS. They have 20 people on this game at all times. Pretty sick

I'm generally like this too, but think you might want to reconsider after playing it for about an hour in SP. You'll probably agree that MP is the way to play this one. You'll probably see what i mean.
