Okay, here is an idea for a new demigod. Or, un-demigod. It's under Construction right now, so bear with me...
Name: Sikhan
Type: Assassin, Forces of ?Darkness?
Pros: Anti-demigod skills, powerful against assassins
Cons: Low armour, vulnerable to minions and grunts if not careful.
Backstory: Sikhan was born in -blah, blah, tragic backstory based around how he slowly began to hate the half-breeds known as demigods, because they have no respect for mortals, and aren't true gods. He vows to kill them all-
Abilities- Active:
Hotkey 1: Justice and Equality - All Demigods within range (10m/20m/30m, etc.) have their abilities disabled and cooldowns reset to (50%/100%/150%, etc.)
Hoteky 2: Handcannon - A devestating ranged attack with a long cooldown, dealing massive damage. The lvl 15 version adds a dps for the crippling effects.
Hotkey 3: Touch of Mortality - Targeted demigod's health regeneration is reduced to 0 for (5s/10s/15s)/ Lvl 15 upgrade increases respawn cooldown by 15%
Hotkey 4: Wrath of Man - Increases Sikhan's weapon damage, attack and movement speed, and health regeneration by a certain percent. Drains mana per second.
Abilities- Passive:
Stroke of Luck: Gives Sikhan a % boost to evade, as well as a (.5%/1%/1.5%, etc.) chance to perform a critical strike for (1.5x/2x/3x, etc.) damage.
Empathy of the Gods: Adds (40, 80, 120) weapon damage when attacking demigods - - - (maybe (55, 110, 165)
Divine Retribution: When an enemy demigod uses an ability which targets Sikhan explicitly, there is a 5% chance that 25% of the damage/effect will be reflected back at the attacker
Enhanced Attributes: Same as all assassins have.
STATS: I think I'll leave the actual stats to others, but I think he should have a relatively high speed, hp, and weapon damage, and a relatively low armor, health regen, and mana pool.
I'm open to feedback and criticism.

thats. thats worse then rooks skill (50,100,150) maybe change it to something else..

this seems a little underpowered and very situational... for example against sedna it would be usefull.. but against a TB stacking mana.. not very. so not sure what to suggest on this one..
other then that, i like the idea of a 'assassin of assassins' gw
Yes, I struggled with the Empathy for a while. I thought Rook's was only 50-100, though. I could add +15 or so, if need be. The main idea is that it does alot more weapon damage, but only to enemy demigods.
Touch of Mortality originally came with an armor reduction as well, of 200/400/600 armor off, the idea being that it would make Demigods very vulnerable. The problem here being that if you couple Touch of Mortality with Justice and Equality, then the enemy Demigod is not only vulnerable, but ability-less, and thus useless, except for minions or Rook's castle.
I'll add a disclaimer to Empathy of the Gods, though.
