What do you guys think?I had a 3v3 Pug game and one of our players (JewishLumberJack - Dont play with this guy) ragequit even though we wernt losing (he was just dying lots). I asked the enemy team to try and not hunt down the a.i....but they did as much as possible. Thoughts?
Maybe 'sale' off the leaving character for 100% of it's equipment gold value + 100 gold per level of character and split it evenly with the remaining players on that team? Have to try this before you could say wether or not it would work, but at least no A.I. would be left.
That'd be fine by me. I'd be all for an option to turn on AI fill-ins while in the lobby for a casual game but as far as I'm concerned, the AI has no business whatsoever in jumping into a human matchup without being asked.
I'm definitely against adding complex workarounds like AI's being worthless kills and gold/item splits to remaining players. I understand the theory behind these ideas but to me, it just doesn't seem feasible assigning a bunch of arbitrary bonuses to the remaining players while keeping things 'balanced'.

How about if someone rage quits, then Demigod drops a random player on the other team too..... BAM they get kicked out of the game to balance it....LOL

What happens when you have 2 AI on your team?
Had a game the other day where a player dropped about half way through but we kept playing because anything was better than how that guy was doing. We were struggling to match the creeps of the other team and he went and proudly announced he bought a godplate and was now "invincible", then he proceded to die a couple of times. I don't care if the other team goes after the AI, I usually try to baby sit it as much as possible and it usually works out ok.
When the other team has the AI I try to kill it whenever it comes near. No way of knowing if the other team requesting it not to be killed wouldn't do the same if they were fighting an AI.
