Well, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not... In one of my games, I met a neutral enemy party composed of a bandit and a wolf. When selecting the party, two icon appears in the left side of the interface (as when you select one of your own parties). Clicking in the small arrow that appears in these icons, you can separate the enemy party (as you can do with your own units), so in the next turn, both enemies sepparated and followed different ways, and I was able to combat them in different turns. If I fighted them together, they'll probably end up killing my soldier, but, in this way, I killed both of them.
In case the units weren't a party, but two sepparate enemies, maybe they shoul not be allowed to ocuppy the sime tile.
I will try to reproduce it and post some pictures next time I play.
I'd say bug. If you select the group and click on the small arrow on one of the icons of the enemy units, they will split. I have been able to do it three times in the same way. Altough the result is quite quick in both of the cases, in the third it took a time (sloooowly separating, not sure why, until more than 30 seconds after, each one was in a different square). In the pics, I clicked in the bandit:
They must be party when more than one icon appears when you click the figurine. Right?
Correct.
Have you tried doing it against a group that would be considered an "Enemy" as opposed to these that are considered a "neutral" grouping?
Now I am curious and will try. Assuming .23 fixed my Mem leak enough to go more than 35 turns before a CDT.
That supposes that I actually find "enemy" and not "neutral" groups. If I ever saw one I cannot remember. And cannot check the ones in cities. I'll try that tough.
