…and so it begins…
I love the intro! It is not able Alt-Tab the game twice, so I can see it again.
Just pre-ordered, hope I get my invite soon
The serial code is in the order confirmation email. You probably already have it.
OMG, that intro screen RULES! I was just playing Knights of Legend (circa 1989) last week, I have the original box/book but my floppy disks died years ago, I finally got it as abandonware again. I saw that intro screen and just blinked like 10 times.... "there is no way that is EGA is it?". I totally support any petition to have that somehow added to the retail version.
Intros great! Let the fun begin!
Preordered twice, at the very beginning of the year. E-mailed sales@stardock.com to try to confirm over 2 weeks ago. No response to my inquiry; no key in the mail. Anybody have any ideas???
Anyone remember the 'debate' about the need for a high-quality, pre-rendered intro movie?
Someone put up the intro video on YouTube so you can see it here:

So, 'Lord Frogboy', you going to be running around the office wearing a crown and making several unnecessary self-insertions into the game? (please say no).
So I preordered, got the email, entered the info, and the beta isn't showing up on impulse once I registered.....am I doing something wrong or could it take a while?
The obvious question is have you ticked the 'Show Pre-Release Versions' box?
Ah yes. That one got me too. They really should put that box in the normal menu as well, not just the blue one.
I just have to say it again....this intro is epic.
You sir, saved my day.
That brings back a Lot of old UO memories, Frog. Thanks.
Even though I can't afford to buy the game right now (need paycheck ), I'm starting to see an interesting concept here.
I mean, I wouldn't mind paying for a game if I can play it like right now even as a beta, 6 months from release. It allows players to give some feedback and allows the company to get the highly needed money to polish the product/do whatever they want.
More companies should apply this concept.
Kudos to SD
That title page remikbnds me so much of the games I used to play on my tandy 16... So funny
