This is the story of the last of the Babylon 5 mod-efforts. It's goal, to prevent another failure, by creating a place to solve our problems collaboratively. Its a port of call, home away from home, for modelers, texturers, programmers and sound engineers.

Installation Guide:
Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

да обычных таких пиратов которые в игре есть так вот я не знаю то ли это добавка мода то ли в пропаченой версии, пираты это звери они жульничают да еще как одно только их колличество, прилетает к тебе просто пипец какими колличеством и броня как я говорил уже вобще не в какие варота не лезит , просто обратил внимание на то что у меня все прокачено до последнего а они как то убиваються плохо и моих сносят ну вот приглянулся и смотрю а у них броня у каждого по 22-23 и выше это вообще можно сказать самоубиство , кароче жесть

но вроде играеться даже лагов не каких небыло , сначала только но потом разобрался просто надо поставить спецефекты не на самое лучшее а на просто лучшее и все идет без одного вылета

For next releases need special "debris" [fragments of destroyed ships every race], because very strange see "standart" debris.
I want debris fighters, pilots bodies [as "Star wars" mod] and other realistic and cruel things. [as we see in film "In the beginning"]
But now i dont know how make this stuff...

Having played the Shadow faction yesterday I started modding the mods stats right away. There was some things that needed fixing, others was just for the playing experience.
Overall changes:
Shipcap increased with about 5x (Its more fun to have hundreds of ships than just a mere fifty)
Capitalshipcap increased to a max of 150. (Its not like you normally buy 150 capital ships... but if you want the option it should be there )
Hyperspace speeds altered (Humans get 20 seconds before jumpengine starts, Narns 18, etc down to the Mimbaris 10 and Shadows/Vorlons 0,05, this to better simulate the different races hyperspace-technology. It also adds a little more strategy and feeling of difference between the races.)
Homeworld is more important now, it has three Crystal and three Metal asteroids, higher population (beeing the homeworld) 1000 as a max and larger amount of tactical slots and logistic slots. (50 and 90 at the highest tier) So destroying a homeworld has more strategic value.
Shadow changes:
Decreased all Shadowship caps
Balanced all Shadowship costs
Added Planetbombing to the Capitalships (we'v seen this in the series, they can bomb planets, also try to destroy your enemies when you cant hurt their planets before you build your planetdestroyer... its a pain.)
Added colonization to the Capitalships (not the Shadowcloud) (they seed planets, also try to rule an "empire" with only one planet )
Added Culture ( I started loosing all my worlds to alien influense since I couldn't use culture. Fixed and added. + The shadows are big on using influence )
Added Trade (But I think I'll remove this again... seemes a bit "un-shadowy")
Increased the Shadowcloud speed. (To 200 but with a slow acceleration to give it that "Im gigantic and ponderous" feeling but still be usable.)
Increased the Shadowcloud bombing damage to 155. Stil takes time to destroy a planet, just less of it
+ a few more minor tweaks that I can't remember right now.
I'll continue to tweak the mod everytime I play it and if anybody wants I could .rar the files and post them.
Tweaked the Vorlon in similar ways as the Shadows today. So they too can colonize, have culture, bomb planets, and use more ships.Didn't add trade since it just isn't very "Vorlony" just as the Shadows they tend to be a little on the "get close to our empire and we'll blow you away" wavelength. Not really the bartering kind of aliens in other words.
I would love a copy of what you done, i so want to play the shadows. But as there is no colony ship cant do much.
And to all involved in making this mod, thank you. It is just amazing, keep up the good work.

Im not involved in the modprocess as such(Im not a member of the mod-team), I just love the work that the mod-team have put into the mod and just tweak the files for balancing and playability. Since its not my original work (just adding and tweaking stats) Im not sure that I should go ahead and post all the files before the modteam gives a green light. But seeing as how its really cool to play the Shadows and at the same time a real pain without a functioning colonizatin I could post the shadow files in a couple of hours.
Washuluver87: The mod has been released in its earliest stages already with several playable factions and several usable ships. Check the top of this page and you'll see it.
Well with getting green light you will have some problem since our mod Leader go on vacation (no contact until he get back), so if it comes to me anyone can edit files and add colonization to the shadow race, but the B5 Mod Team won't take any responsibility to any damage that the modification could done to PC or person using it, and won't give any support to modified version (because we don't have time for that, and we have better things to do).
But please wait witch posting this files until SteinerX and Zvezdochets will reply to your post (or PM them).
