Installation Guide:
Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

As for capturing enemy ships, this won't be in version 0.35. It will most likely be in the next one, though you won't be able to capture enemy construction ships, sorry.
hey, firstly thanks for making one of the best shows to ever grace TV, into a mod for one of the best games
but... i have been testing your mod for a while now, i cant remember what release version i have, as im not using my main machine. and i was wondering if you would like my findings on the balance and various other issues... i wont be able to give you any info untill after xmas. but i have quite a bit and i know pretty much everything about B5 (recently watched it all again over the past few weeks).

Errors are welcome, balancing issues as of now are not going to be adressed. Balancing will start in the mid to late beta phase when most ship stats of most races are in and we know how they play against each other.
As stated before though, I do not plan to make this a "get many ships cheap and if lost a battle just reproduce quick" mod, I intend to make it so that retreat is a requirement to success as losing a few small or a capital ship should really hurt, even in the late game one should have to weigh the consequences of winning a battle versus the losses one incures.

Ok..also could ships be captured.How it would be when I captured an colonieship and colonized a planet with it?When I play for example EA and captured an Mimbary colonieship...would the planet be with EA or Mimbar buildings?
and what for stations would there be?
will be EA. In sins if you play EA there is no POWER THAT YOU WILL PLAY MINBARI!!!!!! The creator of the game don't allow that!!
hm....and how would the captureability exactly works?
Deploy small landing ship with your frigate and choose target for his. And he capture enemy. But not forget - this ship very vulnerable to enemy fire.
As said by zvezdochets, only that you do not automatically capture an enemy shio, but you got a chance by a specific amount of percent to overtake the target. (Made by EvilTesla, many thanks to him)
As for stations, At the moment there is only the Battlestation and the jumpgate (in the starbase version). Later on there should follow a trade station, a diplomatic station and a colony station
Can that % increase with research?

Only if enlarge number hull points for landing frigate or speed this ship. But may use this ability with small distance - and 100% sucess! But this mission very danger.
