This is the story of the last of the Babylon 5 mod-efforts. It's goal, to prevent another failure, by creating a place to solve our problems collaboratively. Its a port of call, home away from home, for modelers, texturers, programmers and sound engineers.

Installation Guide:
Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

Yes, our efforts so far are to finish EA, then Minbari (to have something to start playing and testing) and in no specific order add the rest (Centauri, Narn, Vorlons, Shadows)
SteinerX and me are the only ones doing the texturing for now, and I am still a bit ill. On the modelling side we got lots of support from Zvezdochets, Koobalt and last but not least Thoumsin(aka Fileosoft - our Wings3D teacher), and from myself (if I get to it).
For textures, I will redo parts of my minbari models sometime and also will have to redo the textures (optimise the uv map first, how could I have not done that at first??)
Don't expect the new release (containing the Omega) before next weekend though. But we should make it till next weekend.

Tex errors fixed (white/light edges)- semi transparent areas removed WIP (more details to add)
EA Explorer
WIP - early stages EA Explorer - needs a little correction with 4th red/yellow chveron area (duplicated from 1st - so flipped) also will need to put "EXPLORER" name on the first ... so will need to be similiar to "OMEGA" name on the ship.
But it's a very beautiful ship by Koobalt!

Tobiwahn has been my teacher for texturing (and a wonderful teacher he has been), I'm still just his apprentice with a lot to learn ... if textures are good it's because of my teacher's guidience, support and patience. PLUS the great additions he's added to the Omega!

Thanks for the updates guys! I like everything i've seen so, far....I must tell you that i'm very interested in seeing the what will be done with the Narn and Vorlon's. I can't wait to see in game shots of those ships. Keep it up....If I could help I would....i'm afraid that i'm an extreme novice at modeling, texturing and programming. I made one pitiful model with blender and textured it not good at all. I was making it for practive to put into another game but, I've gotten bogged down trying to find out about slot moddifications. Anyway, i'm digressing.....GOOD JOB GUYS!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!
About Narns or other races - main problem in texture work. In this time only SteinerX and TobiWahn_Kenobi work on this. Work on 3d model too simply [i spent only 3 hours on "Avenger" and 2-3 evening on "Artemis"]. Regretfully, but i not wit texture and after finish work on EA maybe start work on ships other races.
P.S: i hope our administrator - TobiWahn_Kenobi approve this ship ["Monsoon" gunboat, have 3k tri]

Awesome Job Steiner and Mod team!!! At the risk of sounding like I can't be satisfied ......have you guys done any work on the Hyperion?
Hyperion will probably be one of the next 3-4 models included. The model (created by Koobalt) is almost finished (I'm working on uv optimising the sagittarius further, then finish the texture on the hermes)
Hyperion will be SteinerX's beast (if he is willing to do it - I bet he is, he's a hell of a gifted person - as are all who work on our team!)

Quick question. I noticed from my watching of Babylon 5 that all Omega-class vessels have the first letter of their ship's name on the very bottom of the bow. Is there a reason why you haven't done that?
Yes, The insides and outsides of the bow have the same texture, so it would be inverted on the inside (and only halve visible)

Very long work but result very impessive and nice, especially rotating section!!
I very glad because only few ships EA have rotating section!! Too much time on this type ship [with artificial gravity]. Explorer, Omega and Poseidon

We looked at adding the letter for the Omega (O) - (Nov -1st), but perhaps for a future mesh as with the current one the letter duplicates on the inner side, and is clearly visible.
Although it is a very nice touch to have the letter ... I don't think much is lost by its omission.
