This is the story of the last of the Babylon 5 mod-efforts. It's goal, to prevent another failure, by creating a place to solve our problems collaboratively. Its a port of call, home away from home, for modelers, texturers, programmers and sound engineers.

Installation Guide:
Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

SteinerX, is it your work on texture Saggitarius and Capital shipyard ? Impressive!
And if i end model who make texture her better ?
Just looking at Saggitarius while I wait for the Omega mesh.
The render is of the untextured Saggitarius and Capital shipyard .obj model, just a solid colour with some lighting effects.
I think Tobi is working on some of your models amoung many things he has to do, and giving me a few lessons on texturing:)
I'm looking forward to seeing your models ingame as I'm sure a lot of other people are too!

Wow guys you are building those models like on the assembly line i spent working on the vorchan almost week, but you are posting pics of new models everyday... anyway, awesome work!
I am thinking about building another ship, probably centauri Primus.... however now i am building some architecture with 3dsmax at work, so i really do not feel like modeling, when i come home hehe...
but i promise i will try something, if i manage to motivate myself
If you made "Sentri" fighter it be magnificent! I respect your decision about "Primus", but small "Sentri" fighter made more faster then very big capship. Or "Rutharian" fighter.
P.S: your "Vorchan" very nice! When i saw her i try work better.

Yes, i was thinking about Sentri as well...it is perhaps even better idea, starting with something easier and simpler, before eventually proceeding to more complicated Primus... we´ll see
If you want to make the sentri fighter, remember to stay within the 1k triangle limit ( well as close as possible at least - the Starfury is 1220 triangles )
And yes, please do it
But centauri not have too many fighters on ship or battlefield [like EA and Narn] and maybe need give slightly more triangles ? And only "Primus" or "Balvarian" carrier have fighters.

just a suggestion from the counts for centauri have 2 fighters per squad, that way the command points will line up as

The numbers I posted were for flights (squads) of fighters, not fighter numbers (sorry for the misunderstanding). That means depending on how many fighters we add to a squad, centari will have lots of fighters as well ( normally flights / squads have 6 fighters each, but this will all be changed during the balancing stanges I suppose )

There maybe an issue with the hardcode limits ... number of meshes allowed in game:(
On a lighter note EA Omega engine detail (some work to be done on the red area to correct the panel texture)
"Omega" main ship EA. Soon her it is made ? About meshes - agree.
OK, Omega mesh will be ready soon (but there will be some surfaces that need to be flipped i suppose, we will see when you have a texture to check)
As for the number of meshes, when EA and Minbari are done I will gradually try to remove the standard races from the game. That should free up some space if (and big if) meshes are only loaded when the correlating entity file is loaded. Lets hope Ironclad had so much foresight...

About flipping, if all overlaying surfaces are the same direction, that is no problem, but when just one of many surfaces overlaying each other is aligned wrongly, I need to change the mesh and send it to you again. Its in your dropbox btw.
And the textures you create are magnificent! Soon I can solely concentrate on the game code and bringing models ingame, your talent surpasses mine I suppose
BTW, can you put the texture you made in it's psd form into the dropbox for me to see just how you are working? ( just curious )
